It’s 2011 as I write this follow up article on the theme of the Illuminati/Committee of 300. The added reflection that I’ll articulate about in this note would be the question of potency of the Illuminati’s governance structures: the New World Order or NWO.
Note again that the year is now 2011. The potency question is being raised at a time when the Planetary Ascension is just a year plus couples of months away. This isn’t the 20th century when the NWO could have been probably at its peak, but 2011 when the Spiritual Hierarchy’s intervention programs have taken root and are now yielding high-level results.
Among the conspiracy & controversy circles, the NWO refers to the totality of core and peripheral structures erected and operated by Lucifer’s adepts—collectively the Orden Illuminati—down the 3rd dimension. The structures could be likened to a gigantic octopus, with each tentacle representing a sector of the global order, e.g. wealthy families’ circles, church & religion, business, regional geopolitical formations, organized crime, culture & mass media, international organizations, political parties & movements, and think-tanks.
So vast is the organized network of the Illuminati that at some time Terrans were in a state of hopelessness in the daunting task of dis-engaging from Illuminati encumbrances. My country, the Philippines, was enslaved through debt peonage enforced by the bully bank International Monetary Fund, a reality that crashed our developmental efforts and brought poverty on around 60% of our people in the period 1983-‘96.
The NWO shackled individuals, ethnicities, nations, regions, and continents altogether into a mesh of footstools for the hoarding, plunder, looting, and greed-satiation agenda of the Dark adepts. They overthrew regimes, fragmented nations, bankrupted economies, and widened poverty worldwide in fulfillment of their insatiable greed that functioned, to a large degree, to tie down Terra in an even larger framework of encumbrance to the Empire (comprising of fallen worlds).
One thing must be stipulated clearly here: the Illuminates weren’t serving their own vested interests in their oiling and operations of the NOW, though their ulterior interests are unfathomable as the dark abyss. As already articulated in previous articles, the Empire was running as the governance structure of Lucifer & Dark Masters, and our planet Terra is just one fragmentary portion of the larger Empire reality.
Two (2) world wars were waged by the Illuminates in the 1900s, with concurrence of the Dark Masters. Over 200 million people died in the aftermath of the world wars, deaths that serve as a gigantic sacrificial exercise in the altar of Lucifer. A 3rd war is now in the offing, a conflagration that will be sparked by the Semites versus Persia conflict and expected to spread across the Eurasian-African land masses.
That was then. Yes, true, the Illuminates are still as vastly powerful as then, but is the NWO as potent as it used to be?
God has begun intervening directly on Earth in 1974, thus reversing an ancient policy of non-interventionism. 144,000 White Robes were sent to reinforce the spread of Light to all life spheres, whose totality of acts aided in accelerating the installation of the Christ Grid around the planet’s electromagnetic field or EMF. Even prognosticated events such as the sinking of California and related cataclysms will no longer happen, as the planet’s timeline had changed due to Almighty Creator’s most loving intervention.
Whereas in the 1970s and earlier, there were too few Light Masters operating on the ground as gurus and/or rishis, today the 144,000 White Robes are in heated operational pursuits in aid of accelerating the Divine Plan on Earth. A million or so second liner ‘lightworkers’ who are products of hard labors of the White Robes & masters are now co-working across the globe, with many middle aged ones moving up the ladders of government, business, churches, and non-profit organizations.
There is now a tilting of the balance of power, with Light Forces capable of equalizing the power equation. The most important result of the change is freeing of the masses from the yoke of the Evil Ones, with starseeds on top of the line as leading elements of the coming new Earth.
Before the end of 2012, the number of 2nd and 3rd liner Lightworkers will be as huge as 10,000,000 maximum, thus increasing exponentially be several folds. More will breach the ‘lightworker line’ after the pole shift, as the Prime Creator will wield the powers of divine grace to lift up others as a qualitative leap in awareness.
As the weeks ahead will unfold, Terran institutions will turn out more and more unwieldy to NWO machinations, and could result to desperately mad moves by the Illuminates to get back their control over the planet. Among the desperate actions that have already begun are the exterminations of starseeds, with those on top of their professional and executive careers the most vulnerable to assassinations and murders.
By late 2012, military units within the world powers (core of NWO military assets) will declare independence, possibly wage mutinies, and sabotage the conduct of operations by the evil chains-of-command. Already, as early as 2009, I have begun to notice ripples of ramblings in a unit of the USA’s armed forces, signs that I saw through direct visions or distance viewing, with core officers being middle officers.
We cannot discount yet the direct intervention done by Lord Gabriel’s armies, the frontal attack units being now stationed just one dimension above ours’. Since this option belongs to the Universe’s celestial command forces, I prefer to keep mum about their conduct and the firepower to be used, in deference to the Lords Michael & Gabriel.
Let me now end with the query: has the Illuminati turned part-potent and part-impotent at thus historic juncture?

DRACO SEEKS ALLIANCE WITH ORION, HUMANS COALESCE INTO CONFEDERATION

It is now past dinner time as I write this concluding piece for the day. Before the night closes, let this humble Adept of the Brotherhood of Light share one more reflection about the Draco theme.
If we move back in time and divide history into phases of twelve (12) grand cycles each (300,000 years approximately), we can recognize the recent phase as that period crucial to the formation of strategic alliances in the ‘war of the worlds’. The phases prior to that, probably up to way back six (6) phases before this recent one, sow the rise of highly intelligent species in our universe.
Draco’s emergence from a primeval form could have been circa 4th phase moving backwards in time. Almost simultaneously, along parallel path, the intelligent species from Orion evolved. Orion’s species were an amusing combination of humans and saurians, and were equally tall in stature like their counterparts in other star systems.
As soon as they developed space technology, Orions warred against each other almost ceaselessly, thus driving many Orions to migrate to far away worlds. Those migrating populations found Maldek, Mars, and Terra in Solaria (solar system), a star system on the edge of the Milky Way.
The competition among Reptilians could have likewise seen enormous exchange of firepower and enslavement of defeated camps. That was, like Orion’s case, made possible by the development and perfection of space technology. Somewhere in time during the last phase of our timeline, Draconians ceased to war against each other, as their collective mind showed them the more prudent decision to coalesce surrounding the most powerful group. The proto-Empire was in place.
As the Draco and Orion cultures were perfecting and experimenting on gelling alliances, the humans were also finding it more prudent to coalesce into a strategic alliance. Taking their counsel from the higher Beings of Light, notably Michael and the guardians of the celestial realm, the Confederation of Light was formed, a coalition that gravitated around the human societies (other members were from non-human lifestreams).
With the gravitation of galactic forces along two contending poles, the cleavage between the Empire and Confederation—dubbed otherwise as Galactic Command or GC—was more or less complete. Just exactly how Orion and Draco came to negotiate in a most amicable manner remains a mystery, they being both predatory and distrustful of competing forces. Suffice us to take it as given that the two star systems did coalesce in time, and the coalition is strategic in nature (very long term).
The periods 200,000 down to 100,000 years Before Present or BP witnessed the engagements of the forces of Empire and GC in very destructive wars. To complicate the hostilities, Michael and Lucifer took their side in the conflict, an act that sealed the fate of Lucifer and many Adepts—inclusive of Guardians/Watchers—whom he dragged to his side.
The epical movie series Star Wars was somehow successful in intuiting and indicating the contours of the conflict. The Empire began with around over 600 worlds (Star Wars depicted 1000 that was pretty accurate a count), most specially from the sector directed by Lucifer. So many other worlds soon joined the Empire, for fear of being wiped out by a very predatory force.
The Sith Lords as depicted in the Star Wars series jibes pretty accurately with the Guardians of the Draco Empire. The Orions jibed pretty well with the idea of Trade Confederation in the Star Wars epic, the Guardians of whom looked very saurian (tall Grey species that were cousins of the Draco reptiloids).
So accurate is the Star Wars epic that it depicted the leverage of each side of the Empire: Draco provided military might, while Orion provided cross-galactic trade. Draco, in reality, had no patience for conducting galactic trade affairs, a matter that it consigned to its partner Orions.
Another group of saurians, who were cloned worker types for the Empire, were the Zetans (from the Zeta Reticulum star system). Very much collective-natured in mindset, they behaved like cells comprising a giant organic whole. Incidentally, the Star Wars also depicted a clone group that served as army canon fodders for the Sith Lords, except that the epic’s clone looked human –so just replace the human face with Grey Zetan and you’d see that the epic was as razor-sharp accurate after all. But amusingly, the leader of the planet—that mass produced the clones—who met Jedi OB1 Canobi in the epic was Grey saurian type.
Between the two, Orion—the very origin of the money economy (capitalist system especially) that is dominant in our own planet today—holds the galactic ‘purse’ (resources). Thus, Draco cannot treat Orion as a junior partner, but as a co-partner worth the respect. Orion’s Greys are particularly very fascistic (to use our own Terran term) and will not brook punitive actions on failed expectations from a negotiating partner or subordinated world.
There is much reason to infer, as a matter of fact, that Orion is the senior partner in the Empire. He who holds the purse holds the reins of power, so to speak. Orion’s pursuits in Solaria preceded Draco’s advent here, and there’s reason to infer that Orion entrusted the guardianship of Earth to Draco and not the other way around. Freed from the daily ministrations of a colony, not only in Solaria but in other star systems, Orion can then pursue its ambition of expanding beyond the galaxies of the universe.
So, when Draco is expected to arrive here with greater contingents soon, better factor in Orion (lower Orion for clarification) in the process. Orion will itself join the military strike forces in due time, making the forthcoming ‘resumption of hostilities’ exciting yet very cryptic for the unprepared and uninitiated.

DRACO’S BIRTHING: ANTI-UNIVERSE CONCEIVING

Good evening from the Philippines’ suburban highlands!
Flow with me as I will expound some notes about the birthing of the Draconians. Visualize ourself listening to piano concierto playing the master Beethoven’s pieces from Concert No. 5 (he too was an ascended master embodied down 3rd dimension like Mozart) that would fit the exit of daytime and entry of nocturnal time amid dusk as I discourse again on Draco.
To begin my discourse, let me bring you back to Greek mythology: the narrative of Clash of the Titans. In the Greek mythology one is introduced to the principle of Anti-Universe in the archetype of Hades. In the Clash of the Titans, it was revealed that the Anti-Universe was the core factor behind the birthing of the Draconians in the archetype of the Karkens.
The narrative further informed us that the galaxies (notably Andromeda), heroes & heroins (Pallas Athena on ‘gods’ side), and the astral domain of reality (vast seas and oceans) were already in place as an expansion of the out-Breath of the Almighty Creator downwards towards the more dense domains of reality (‘ontological domains’ in philosophy).
It is important to note those serial events, as they provide clues to the nascence and rise of Draco. Andromeda created both Lyra and Pleiades (signified by Perseus), as far as we know in the Inner Mysteries. Pallas Athena was core leader of the Light Forces in Maldek, a planet that was largely populated by migrated Orions and people of more dense planets from the Milky Way and probably other galaxies farther. The events unfolded when the worlds were in the 4th and 5th densities, with some worlds threatened with further descent to 3rd density/dimension.
We could only surmise that the star system Draco must have been, prior to reptilians’ evolution to bipedal intelligence form, too far remote from the impact of the outflowing Light from the Almighty Creator and the most Holy Council of 24 Elders. Maybe even remote from the Hierarchs of our universe itself, blocked as the outflowing Light was by certain gas, plasma, energy conflicts, and solidifying formations in the galaxy.
It was at that juncture that the Anti-Universe, the polar anti-thesis of the constructive forces of our universe, permeated certain star systems and worlds. As to how many grand cycles had passed before that event happened, we can only do some guess work. What is clear is that, when Hades permeated the sector where Draco was located, the contamination by the dis-integrative forces beyond the edge of the universe or so was very pervasive and wide-reaching.
A species of bipedal beings, probably evolved from out of originally winged reptilians, was already morphing in the Draco system and elsewhere (X-worlds of Saurians that need to be revealed further). At that level of development, most likely the souls of those beings were of the group-soul type, like our own primordial Terrans.
Such a hypothesis—of saurian types ensouled with group-soul type—follows straight from the Teaching which clearly indicates that all animals and plants have each a collective soul. From the mineral world such a very feeble-minded gestate before proceeding to the vegetative, animal, and elemental forms.
The immersion into the energy fields of the Anti-Universe instantly transmogrified those creative formations and turned them into negative entities almost overnight. That coming to past, the next event saw the descent of those beings down to 4th density (mid-astral) where they were to breed, grow and mature.
Furthermore, that eventuality of being engulfed by the Hades force field instantly blackened the connecting channels to the higher spheres. In the process, energy veils so thick (multi-tiered) encrusted in the feeble psyche of the morphing beings. Their disconnect from the creative process of the universe was complete, even as their breed and pedigrees were to serve as the progenitors of predation and destruction in the lower densities that were to be their spheres of influence.
The ‘energy veil’ or ‘e-veil’, from which ‘evil’ may have arisen (read Elizabeth Prophet’s works), is no creation of the Almighty Creator, for your basic information. The notion of the Almighty creating a polarity game by designing negative beings is pure crap, be deceived not by this largely toxic lie peddled by Fallen Masters.
To go back to the Titans narrative, the Karkens (Draconians) were bred right in the seas’ depth. Meaning, they were bred in the mid-astral (astral is water element) or 4th density. Probably they began in 5th density (higher astral), and from there descended eventually to 4th density. Being negative, they can only access to masters who were of ‘lesser light’ (Fallen Masters), one of whom looks as reptilian a being as you can imagine (this one I saw in visions just this year).
To continue, if we go by the Pleiadian information that Draco invaded Terra circa 12 grand cycles ago—300,000 years Before Present of BP—then the permeation of the Anti-Universe into the Draco system was several eons backwards in time. It takes several cycles of evolution to create an intelligent species that can become technology savvy and space-enabled, so our estimate would be around 300,000 X (2X2) or 1.2 million BP.
Probably during the 3rd phase of that 4-phase period—600,000 down to 300,000 BP—the Draconians were already well evolved physically & astrally, and were traveling across space and hyperspace. They became a mighty military force in the galaxy, a possibility brought about by the early discoveries of knowledge-intensive technologies via experimentation as we know them today.
They most likely competed for hegemony in the lower densities, most especially in micro-sectors that were far away from the ‘photon belt’ and the outflowing Breath of the Father. Thus came the eventual clash between them and the human lifestream of evolved worlds that cooled down and stabilized earlier than Terra.
It was during that expansion via military adventurism that humans, who were themselves embroiled in internecine conflicts, encountered the Draconians. With a threat by a new ‘kid on the block’ (Draconian), the warring humans were then compelled to rethink their own conflicts, as the possibility of an alliance against Draco could be more of a viable option if and only if to preserve the species against an evil and sinister force.
The warring of Maldekians, who were migrated Orions and allied lifestreams avoiding conflicts in Orion, were already in the heat of their wars when Draco arrived in Solaria (solar system). Mars, Maldek, and Terra became subjects of intrusion by Draco, by whatever strategies they achieved their invasions.
The Draconian expansionism reached as far as Pleiades (Perseus & friends as archetypes) and was threatening to intrude into Andromeda. The intrusion into Maldek may have been cause for the schisms there with the success of the creation of a Dark Force on the planet that threatened to destroy Maldek altogether (it did got destroyed by nukes). Maldek may been a model of Draco to penetrate deep into the universe via a trial foothold on Andromeda (that was repulsed).
That was the sum up of the narratives pieced up from the Clash of the Titans. By connecting the dots together in the Greek mythology narrative, we’re able to reconstruct the birthing of the reptilian lifestream from Draco up through its early militarist expansionism. That time preceded the Fall of Lucifer yet by the way, even as Lucifer sided later in the wars of the worlds.

The narrative further informed us that the galaxies (notably Andromeda), heroes & heroins (Pallas Athena on ‘gods’ side), and the astral domain of reality (vast seas and oceans) were already in place as an expansion of the out-Breath of the Almighty Creator downwards towards the more dense domains of reality (‘ontological domains’ in philosophy).
It is important to note those serial events, as they provide clues to the nascence and rise of Draco. Andromeda created both Lyra and Pleiades (signified by Perseus), as far as we know in the Inner Mysteries. Pallas Athena was core leader of the Light Forces in Maldek, a planet that was largely populated by migrated Orions and people of more dense planets from the Milky Way and probably other galaxies farther. The events unfolded when the worlds were in the 4th and 5th densities, with some worlds threatened with further descent to 3rd density/dimension.
We could only surmise that the star system Draco must have been, prior to reptilians’ evolution to bipedal intelligence form, too far remote from the impact of the outflowing Light from the Almighty Creator and the most Holy Council of 24 Elders. Maybe even remote from the Hierarchs of our universe itself, blocked as the outflowing Light was by certain gas, plasma, energy conflicts, and solidifying formations in the galaxy.
It was at that juncture that the Anti-Universe, the polar anti-thesis of the constructive forces of our universe, permeated certain star systems and worlds. As to how many grand cycles had passed before that event happened, we can only do some guess work. What is clear is that, when Hades permeated the sector where Draco was located, the contamination by the dis-integrative forces beyond the edge of the universe or so was very pervasive and wide-reaching.
A species of bipedal beings, probably evolved from out of originally winged reptilians, was already morphing in the Draco system and elsewhere (X-worlds of Saurians that need to be revealed further). At that level of development, most likely the souls of those beings were of the group-soul type, like our own primordial Terrans.
Such a hypothesis—of saurian types ensouled with group-soul type—follows straight from the Teaching which clearly indicates that all animals and plants have each a collective soul. From the mineral world such a very feeble-minded gestate before proceeding to the vegetative, animal, and elemental forms.
The immersion into the energy fields of the Anti-Universe instantly transmogrified those creative formations and turned them into negative entities almost overnight. That coming to past, the next event saw the descent of those beings down to 4th density (mid-astral) where they were to breed, grow and mature.
Furthermore, that eventuality of being engulfed by the Hades force field instantly blackened the connecting channels to the higher spheres. In the process, energy veils so thick (multi-tiered) encrusted in the feeble psyche of the morphing beings. Their disconnect from the creative process of the universe was complete, even as their breed and pedigrees were to serve as the progenitors of predation and destruction in the lower densities that were to be their spheres of influence.
The ‘energy veil’ or ‘e-veil’, from which ‘evil’ may have arisen (read Elizabeth Prophet’s works), is no creation of the Almighty Creator, for your basic information. The notion of the Almighty creating a polarity game by designing negative beings is pure crap, be deceived not by this largely toxic lie peddled by Fallen Masters.
To go back to the Titans narrative, the Karkens (Draconians) were bred right in the seas’ depth. Meaning, they were bred in the mid-astral (astral is water element) or 4th density. Probably they began in 5th density (higher astral), and from there descended eventually to 4th density. Being negative, they can only access to masters who were of ‘lesser light’ (Fallen Masters), one of whom looks as reptilian a being as you can imagine (this one I saw in visions just this year).
To continue, if we go by the Pleiadian information that Draco invaded Terra circa 12 grand cycles ago—300,000 years Before Present of BP—then the permeation of the Anti-Universe into the Draco system was several eons backwards in time. It takes several cycles of evolution to create an intelligent species that can become technology savvy and space-enabled, so our estimate would be around 300,000 X (2X2) or 1.2 million BP.
Probably during the 3rd phase of that 4-phase period—600,000 down to 300,000 BP—the Draconians were already well evolved physically & astrally, and were traveling across space and hyperspace. They became a mighty military force in the galaxy, a possibility brought about by the early discoveries of knowledge-intensive technologies via experimentation as we know them today.
They most likely competed for hegemony in the lower densities, most especially in micro-sectors that were far away from the ‘photon belt’ and the outflowing Breath of the Father. Thus came the eventual clash between them and the human lifestream of evolved worlds that cooled down and stabilized earlier than Terra.
It was during that expansion via military adventurism that humans, who were themselves embroiled in internecine conflicts, encountered the Draconians. With a threat by a new ‘kid on the block’ (Draconian), the warring humans were then compelled to rethink their own conflicts, as the possibility of an alliance against Draco could be more of a viable option if and only if to preserve the species against an evil and sinister force.
The warring of Maldekians, who were migrated Orions and allied lifestreams avoiding conflicts in Orion, were already in the heat of their wars when Draco arrived in Solaria (solar system). Mars, Maldek, and Terra became subjects of intrusion by Draco, by whatever strategies they achieved their invasions.
The Draconian expansionism reached as far as Pleiades (Perseus & friends as archetypes) and was threatening to intrude into Andromeda. The intrusion into Maldek may have been cause for the schisms there with the success of the creation of a Dark Force on the planet that threatened to destroy Maldek altogether (it did got destroyed by nukes). Maldek may been a model of Draco to penetrate deep into the universe via a trial foothold on Andromeda (that was repulsed).
That was the sum up of the narratives pieced up from the Clash of the Titans. By connecting the dots together in the Greek mythology narrative, we’re able to reconstruct the birthing of the reptilian lifestream from Draco up through its early militarist expansionism. That time preceded the Fall of Lucifer yet by the way, even as Lucifer sided later in the wars of the worlds.

DRACO IN FOLKLORE

Magandang hapon! Good afternoon from an Adept of the Brotherhood of Light!
Mozart’s symphonie no. 40 is currently nourishing my psyche right now as I write this piece. Mozart of classical symphony fame was a master Adept who came back again and again, returned later as Leo Tolstoy, and returned lastly as Guru Nicholas Roerick. Let the Master’s works permit me to intuit truths about the Draco presence on Terra way back in antiquity, and thank him for his grand musical pieces.
Draco is now an all too familiar fact among many seekers & mystics, so let me add some more notes about the subject in addition to those I’ve already discoursed on. For this piece I will focus on Draco’s presence in folklore—myths and legends—which is an acceptable source of inner truths in the human sciences.
Myths & legends have been a well explored and studied field in anthropology, psychology, sociology, and linguistics. I still recall my college lessons then, as a sociology major, among our studies being folk constructs that we call ‘legends’ (narrative of heroes) and ‘deities’ (narratives of gods). That early in my schooling, I already witnessed the theme of the dragon in practically all the cultures of the world.
Among the Visayans (central Philippines)—Hiligaynon in particular—is the belief in the bakunawa. Firebreathing just like its counterpart in China, the bakunawa could spell luck or disgrace on a family, depending on the context of its recognition. The Spanish colonizers arrived here with the observation, among other things, of the bakunawa as interwoven into indigenous beliefs (the West need not import it here as the locals already knew of the dragon).
Of course, the more popular dragon in the East is the deathless dragon of the Feng Shui fame. The same archetypal figure is interwoven very well into ancient Chinese beliefs and philosophy. As such, it is recognized as one of the key objects that can balance a home’s ecology (energy balance). It should be located on the eastern side of a home (upon entering a door that is oriented to the north) should one choose to use Feng Shui as a geomancy tool.
Whereas in the East the dragon has flexibility in its meaning that renders it neither absolutely positive nor negative, in the West the same symbol has a completely negative connotation. It is in the West where the plot of Hero battling a Dragon is most markedly imprinted. We can only guess quite analytically that this negativity of the dragon has to do with the experience that the primordial White peoples of antiquity had encountered with the forces that represented the dragon that accounts for the symbol’s identification with predation and hostility.
Among the most popular ones, which we’ve studied in school from West to East, are Beowolf fighting his arch-enemy reptilian giant, Siegfried combating a huge fire-breathing dragon, and St. George battling the dragon. The narratives all refer to the same thing: the reptilian as arch-nemesis.
Indubitably, the dragon presence in folklore is indicative of the prevalence of Draconians on ancient Terra. By the very fact that the folklore (western most specially) emphasizes a battle between hero and reptilian/dragon means that indeed there was actual hostility between the two species, human and reptilian.
The conflict springs off from the nature of the reptilian Draconians that were cold blooded and predatory. As predators they were on top of the food chain, a fact that was an evolutionary extrapolation of the ancient relationship between the dinosaurs and mammals (when reptiles were king). It is kindergarten logic to infer that humans will naturally defend themselves, as part of universal law, to protect their species when confronting the Draconians.
Draconians as we know them today are of tall stature, well above nine (9) feet. They could have been much taller than, when they invaded Terra approximate twelve (12) grand cycles ago. They could have also encountered tall primordial humans then whom they used as specimen for their genetic experimentations and as chattels (slaves) for their pursuits here.
Because they manipulated our genetic structure (they were responsible for the drop in our DNA strands from an original 12 to 2) their traits were necessarily programmed in our very genes. Mankind’s disconnect with the higher spheres was to be completed by Draco, as we all know.
But with the soul fragment ever present within each one of us, thanks to the genetic intervention of the space brothers (Pleiadians most notably), the struggle versus Draco within us has been waged across eons. That narrative of our battle versus the reptilian within us is the story of our redemption and march to salvation. It is the story captured in the archetype of Michael defeating Lucifer.
However, such a struggle isn’t complete without the Messiah. At the start of the Piscean Age a Messiah, Jeshua ben Joseph, was sent forth. Jeshua himself experienced that same inner struggle while lingering in the desert for forty (40) days as part of his initiation. Jeshua was able to overcome Draco within, has been resurrected from death, and ascended to the higher spheres.
That overcoming of Draco within us, which will be crystallized by our ascension to higher dimensions and re-activation of our 12 DNA strands, is surely a very optimistic and grand event. It is the denouement of the core folklore man-versus-reptilian/dragon battle, which renders the folklore conclusion as prophetic and futuristic. That route is precisely where Terra’s humankind is moving right now.

DRACO RETURNS

The title of this article may come as cryptic to you. Sit down there please and relax with me, imagine yourself listening to Brazilian world music that my ears and heart are feasting on at this moment. Relax and listen to the good news.
First of all, please review the Book of Revelation in the New Testament Bible authored by the Master-Adept John the Beloved. In the book is contained many core prophecies about the end of the Kali Yuga or Dark Age and the coming of the 4th Dimensional Earth (New Earth) in a New Age of Light.
Many events prognosticated by Master John will no longer take place, as God Almighty’s intervention beginning in 1974 changed the timeline of the planet. But there’s one reportorial in the book that needs to be re-read and re-assessed: the Red Dragon’s forthcoming war.
Red Dragon is no other than Draco. It once took direct control of Earth, circa 300,000 years back, when it did its manipulative re-engineering of humanity’s DNA structure. It departed, but left behind many of its own species kind (today’s elites hiding behind human physiology) to serve as its bridgehead for its future plan here.
As the Master John reported, the Dragon once dragged 1/3 of the stars with it in its mighty conflict with the guardian forces of the Almighty. 1/3 is a poetic jargon of sorts, as it means that Draco dragged along with it hundreds of worlds in its pursuit for galactic Empire infamy.
The stars refer to both (a) star systems and worlds (planets habituated by humanoids) and (b) evolving humans on both the descending and ascending arc of the evolutionary Path. Now, those words reveal deeper things, so to simplify the matter, ‘stars’ means (a) stars & worlds and (b) human souls.
Draco bamboozled many worlds with military overkill, even as it used typical squid tactics to cajole other worlds using diplomacy. Earth was on the descending arc of its evolution when Draco arrived here, and so it was easy to capture Earth and hasten Terrans’ forgetting the higher dimensions by decreasing the DNA strands from the original twelve (12) down to the double helix that is known to laboratory science today.
As soon as Draco perfected its genetic manipulation of early humans, Terrans quickly descended from the original 5th ‘density’ (upper astral) down to 4th (mid-astral roughly) density. From there human souls fragmented further, bringing humanity and Earth down to 3rd dimension. At 3rd dimension, man has forgotten his higher dimension origin (planet and spiritual realms), was “expelled from the Garden of Eden” as it was reported in the Genesis book.
That was then. Terra is now moving very rapidly back to 4th dimension, beginning with the ascent to 4th density till finally stabilizing, at some future time, to 5th density. Seven (7) sub-races of new humans will then evolve during that long period of 5th density life, the generic race termed thereafter as ‘Meruvian race’ or ‘Aquarian race’.
You see, if you’re a cold-blooded true-blue Draconian, you’d never want such series of events to happen at all. For if Terra would ascend, all the fallen planets in this micro-sector of Milky Way’s edge will be lost to Draco’s enemies: the Galactic Command or GC forces. Earth is strategically located in this micro-sector, it could be used to sling-shot long space-traveling Empire starships to the other stars and fallen planets (it has no option but travel long spaces as the GC controls the hyperspace to Earth that exits nestled above the Philippines).
Now, if this micro-sector will be regained by the GC, then Draco’s access to other micro-sectors nearby will also be deterred. Draco’s game plan experts knew of this possibility thousands of years back yet. They are left-brain oriented, so don’t ever under-estimate the wiz kid tacticians of the Empire, just to remind you. But never over-estimate them either.
As mentioned by me in some other articles, Draco’s return began by sending an invasion force in the late 90s yet, with the expectation that such a force will arrive here early part of the decade. I saw visions of Draconian scouts eco-scanning Earth from their patrol ship (hidden from my view) in 2003, and I knew by then that they were coming.
That was just a test mission of course, and it failed. GC interceptors scattered the mission force as it obliterated sizeable space assets of the contingent. Some of the scattered assets are still in the solar system as lost commands, and they do surreptitiously spy on Earth (at 4th density level) every now and then.
Expect a diversionary attack by Draco on other members of the GC, which they already did by attacking Pleiades as reported by some Masters thru channelers down here. They can renew their attacks on Andromeda which they did way back 300,000 years ago, but merely as a diversionary move.
That ancient attack on Andromeda was repulsed by a mission force which we will dub for the moment as ‘mission Perseus’ led by a combined force of Pleiadians and GC contingents (symbolized by Pegasus). That narrative was reported though coded in mythic language in Greek mythology (Perseus story/clash of Titans).
In late 2008, a lost command did try to spy on me. With my Light Body already activated by then, I attempted to hit the patrol with cosmic Light blasters (it scampered away hurriedly). The leader of the patrol, to my surprise, is the Hatonn reported by some channelers. To be honest, I have no trust over this lost command leader, and has kept the group on the watch list in the councils Above.
There is one mighty commander of the lost commands most likely, as I’ve been getting reports from seekers I’m handling down here of a Draconian leader who’s dressed up much like a Sith Lord in the Star Wars epic. He spies via the mid-astral or 4th density most likely while his patrol travels so speedily.
In other words, Draco’s fragmented contingents in Solaria (solar system) cannot afford to be fixed in location. They have to be constantly mobile, by moving at very rapid speeds and in seemingly erratic fashion to evade the GC’s interceptor missions.
This is just a prelude to something bigger actually. It was just a test mission after a seemingly long absence in our micro-sector. Draco’s tacticians were able to assess the strengths and possible location of GC interceptors in the process. Likewise did they see the possible scenarios if they combine a frontal attack with diversionary attacks elsewhere.
The Big One of an invasion is coming yet, which I will choose to discuss in another article. Suffice me to conclude here. Fear not, Dear One, as you’d find out more good news in the next articles about Draco.

The stars refer to both (a) star systems and worlds (planets habituated by humanoids) and (b) evolving humans on both the descending and ascending arc of the evolutionary Path. Now, those words reveal deeper things, so to simplify the matter, ‘stars’ means (a) stars & worlds and (b) human souls.
Draco bamboozled many worlds with military overkill, even as it used typical squid tactics to cajole other worlds using diplomacy. Earth was on the descending arc of its evolution when Draco arrived here, and so it was easy to capture Earth and hasten Terrans’ forgetting the higher dimensions by decreasing the DNA strands from the original twelve (12) down to the double helix that is known to laboratory science today.
As soon as Draco perfected its genetic manipulation of early humans, Terrans quickly descended from the original 5th ‘density’ (upper astral) down to 4th (mid-astral roughly) density. From there human souls fragmented further, bringing humanity and Earth down to 3rd dimension. At 3rd dimension, man has forgotten his higher dimension origin (planet and spiritual realms), was “expelled from the Garden of Eden” as it was reported in the Genesis book.
That was then. Terra is now moving very rapidly back to 4th dimension, beginning with the ascent to 4th density till finally stabilizing, at some future time, to 5th density. Seven (7) sub-races of new humans will then evolve during that long period of 5th density life, the generic race termed thereafter as ‘Meruvian race’ or ‘Aquarian race’.
You see, if you’re a cold-blooded true-blue Draconian, you’d never want such series of events to happen at all. For if Terra would ascend, all the fallen planets in this micro-sector of Milky Way’s edge will be lost to Draco’s enemies: the Galactic Command or GC forces. Earth is strategically located in this micro-sector, it could be used to sling-shot long space-traveling Empire starships to the other stars and fallen planets (it has no option but travel long spaces as the GC controls the hyperspace to Earth that exits nestled above the Philippines).
Now, if this micro-sector will be regained by the GC, then Draco’s access to other micro-sectors nearby will also be deterred. Draco’s game plan experts knew of this possibility thousands of years back yet. They are left-brain oriented, so don’t ever under-estimate the wiz kid tacticians of the Empire, just to remind you. But never over-estimate them either.
As mentioned by me in some other articles, Draco’s return began by sending an invasion force in the late 90s yet, with the expectation that such a force will arrive here early part of the decade. I saw visions of Draconian scouts eco-scanning Earth from their patrol ship (hidden from my view) in 2003, and I knew by then that they were coming.
That was just a test mission of course, and it failed. GC interceptors scattered the mission force as it obliterated sizeable space assets of the contingent. Some of the scattered assets are still in the solar system as lost commands, and they do surreptitiously spy on Earth (at 4th density level) every now and then.
Expect a diversionary attack by Draco on other members of the GC, which they already did by attacking Pleiades as reported by some Masters thru channelers down here. They can renew their attacks on Andromeda which they did way back 300,000 years ago, but merely as a diversionary move.
That ancient attack on Andromeda was repulsed by a mission force which we will dub for the moment as ‘mission Perseus’ led by a combined force of Pleiadians and GC contingents (symbolized by Pegasus). That narrative was reported though coded in mythic language in Greek mythology (Perseus story/clash of Titans).
In late 2008, a lost command did try to spy on me. With my Light Body already activated by then, I attempted to hit the patrol with cosmic Light blasters (it scampered away hurriedly). The leader of the patrol, to my surprise, is the Hatonn reported by some channelers. To be honest, I have no trust over this lost command leader, and has kept the group on the watch list in the councils Above.
There is one mighty commander of the lost commands most likely, as I’ve been getting reports from seekers I’m handling down here of a Draconian leader who’s dressed up much like a Sith Lord in the Star Wars epic. He spies via the mid-astral or 4th density most likely while his patrol travels so speedily.
In other words, Draco’s fragmented contingents in Solaria (solar system) cannot afford to be fixed in location. They have to be constantly mobile, by moving at very rapid speeds and in seemingly erratic fashion to evade the GC’s interceptor missions.
This is just a prelude to something bigger actually. It was just a test mission after a seemingly long absence in our micro-sector. Draco’s tacticians were able to assess the strengths and possible location of GC interceptors in the process. Likewise did they see the possible scenarios if they combine a frontal attack with diversionary attacks elsewhere.

FATHER’S MANDATED DESTINY: PHILIPPINE AWAKENING SIGNALS GLOBAL ASCENSION

It is the Father aspect of the Almighty Providence, in the sequence of kabbalistic sounds so revealed. Being so, its presence in the Philippine flag, which is replete with divine revelations sublimely encoded by the Brotherhood of Light/Spiritual Hierarchy, clearly assures for the modern nation its place in the unfolding cosmic drama.
Such a role wouldn’t hold much water were the Philippines but a mere 3rd dimension enclave that is without any significant energy center worth the Brotherhood’s concern. Far from it, the Philippines remains as 4th dimensional in vibratory frequency, is the ‘womb of the Mother’ (birthplace of ancient Adamic races and greatest civilization on Earth), houses the ‘planetary chi’ (energy spot niched in Mt. Banahaw being nearest to karma yoga center, or solar plexus), and is home to the hyperspace portal linking us to the other galaxies and the Central Sun of the universe.
Within the context of such an overarching reality for the modern nation, the Yod archetype carries enormous weight and holds ocean full of waters. The archetype is the encoded message not only from the spiritual Brotherhood, it is more so a most divine message from the 24 Divine Elders and the Lord Ancient of Days. With the descent of Earth to 3rd density, the Father assured that certain spots on Earth remain 4th dimensional such as the Philippines, though the same country’s own people are mired in a collective consciousness that is 3rd density like the rest of humanity. As the Earth moves up back to 4th density, the collective and individual consciousnesses of evolved Filipinos will serve as the very core signal for the rest of the planet, inclusive of those six (6) other major energy spots and the beings benefiting from their hyper-activation.
In the year 2004, approximately on the 21st of September, when the descending wave of Pisces equaled that of the ascending wave of Aquarius, a most divine event happened on a planetary scale: the re-awakening of the long dormant ‘womb of the Mother’ with the re-positioning in Mt. Banahaw of the ‘planetary chi’. Where this chi lies, for an entire Age the area will experience unparalleled prosperity. During the Aquarian Age, prosperity is assured in the region radiating from Mt. Banahaw, which is not only exclusive to the Philippines. This is the region of the ancient Maharloka-Sunda of Lemurian heydays, and it stretches from approximately the area south of Japan (now under sea level) down to Australia. On its Western side is Malaysia, while the Eastern-most stretch would be Marshall islands.
Those geographic points are merely approximations of the ancient reality, please note this well. Such was the huge expanse of the Lemurian center then of Maharloka-Sunda, that it housed the very core where governance was perfected, cultural-psychic development reached a peak, and divine priesthood was the order of the day. For economy of words, we will simplify the area as Maharloka.
Among all countries in the Pacific today, it is only the Philippines that approximates the very vibratory frequency and reconstitutive powers immanent from the divine environ of Maharloka. This is the very reason why spiritual masters of the 20th century such as Paramahansa Yogananda and P.R.Sarkar have extolled the Philippines to the level of divine exaltation. The same masters though who knew about the mystical significance of the Philippines kept mum about the matter, indicating that it isn’t yet time to reveal such recondite information to the planet.
To even go backwards in time, around the decades of the 1880s and 1890s, a collective rousing took place, directed by patriots and led by Jose Rizal & soul partners (evolved souls who were sent forth by the Brotherhood), aimed openly at creating a national ethos and a new nation (by dis-engaging from imperial Spain’s yoke). On a more esoteric level, the rousing was intended to waken up the long dormant Lemurian zeitgeist, the spiritual Force of the Father-Mother implanted in the very collective psyche of humanity.
Not only was the Philippines the concern of the Brotherhood and Planetary Logos/Ancient of Days, but also those Asian/Pacific countries that were bamboozled by Western powers into colonial submission. There was the realization that inspiring nationalist movements, via embodying evolved souls in the Philippines and sibling countries as patriots and modernists, can alter the hovel conditionality of 3rd density and re-awaken the Lemurian zeitgeist though this will now manifest in new forms akin to an Asian Renaissance.
Needless to say, the Spirit Guardians of the Earth, who comprised the spiritual Hierarchy of the planet, found the colonial yoke and enslavement as an opportunity for a revitalization of dormant spiritual Force, henceforth setting off ripples that would shatter the 3rd dimensional thought modalities that have reduced humanity in the Philippines and the region to pathetic eaters. It was the Philippines chosen by the Spirit Guardians to ignite the flame, a movement that was already proved earlier in the Americas.
Do note that the divine Plan is very long term in time frame, the spiritual Hierarchy designs plans by the hundreds to thousands of years. The implication of this divinity planning platform is that the ignition of the flame of Lemurian zeitgeist is just but a milestone event of a long chain of events leading to the achievement of larger divine goals in the distant future.
The next special event by the Spirit Guardians that affected not only the Philippines but the whole of humanity was the partial opening of the gates of ‘center where the Will of God is known,’ outpouring enormous high-frequency energies of detoxifying significances, in 1930. On that very decade (30s) came the decision by the leaders of America to grant the Philippines independence, a rather enigmatic reversal of an earlier policy to keep the islands in the long run for its being a good base of permeating China with US investments and eventual economic foothold. The spiritual Hierarchy was clear in its message to the White imperialists all along: leave the Asia-Pacific alone, pack up soon, or taste the fires of global cleansing that will lead to an accelerated end to the Caucasian (white) race so soon.
The cleansing impact of that outpouring of high frequencies was no other than 2nd World War. So badly mauled were the Western imperialists in the region, and so were their subaltern local oligarchs, that they were turned to wet chicken overnight. A year after the war’s end, in 1946, independence was finally granted to the Philippine republic. After the Philippines, other new nations followed suit, such as India, Indonesia, Burma, Indochina, and Malaysia.
The latest among the milestone events was the re-opening of the galactic hyperspace portal in late 2008. As already tackled in other articles, this portal is located in the Philippines. My own assessment of the portal is that it is of 5th density alignment, which means that galactic ships that travel normally on 6th density can facilely enter Earth unnoticed by using this very portal and descend a kilometer lower than its gate, and then hover in a space as low as just about three (3) kilometers up there. The same ships can also navigate the Earth and adjoining planets at 5th density and step down a bit to 4th density without being noticed, and at that level engage enemy forces that are intent to exhibit hostility.
Such is the very reason why many Lightworkers in the Philippines—whose awareness is past 5th density—so facilely observe patrol ships from recently arrived galactic Command contingents, because the Philippines is 4th Density in frequency. The ships are manifesting themselves to the spiritual sensitives and evolved souls, by merely stepping down their frequency to 4th density. Even 3rd density folks do sometimes “stumble” upon sights of the recent patrols, as there could be instances when their own mind frames would slip to alpha brain wave that could align them to 4th density instantly.
All such eventualities are preparations for an even gigantic event: the final awakening of the Philippine spiritual Force, the Lemurian zeitgeist, the rapid manifestation of a Malayo-Philippine weltanschauung, altogether leading to the explosion of Oneness. Symbolized as a bakunawa or dragon in folk culture, the Philippine spiritual Force will be the planetary key that will signal the opening up of the spiritual Force of other regions of the Planet as a whole.
If you judge the actions of the Rishis and Lightworkers of the nation, and assess the impact of such interventions in terms of gathering the evolved souls, the awakening had already taken place. However, a critical mass needed to be attained in order to effect a full awakening of the collective conscious (from its unconscious state) to higher dimensional frequency modalities. Such a feat is near, and the Planet need not wait too long anymore for an event long foretold by prophets and sages. Thereafter, the whole planet ‘down here’ will be 4th dimensional, even as the higher dimensions will become habitats for those evolved souls who will attain both spiritual and physical ascension.

PHILIPPINES (MU) 1898-2008: FROM NATIONHOOD TO COSMIC HYPERSPACE RE-OPENING

Last June the 12th of 2008, the Philippines or Filipinas celebrated its 110th year upon its founding in 1898. Just exactly how many people in the islands and the planet are aware of the significance of that 110 period ending in 2008, from a mystic vantage point, is a point to ponder upon.
The Philippines is the Land of the Mother, the very subcontinent Maharloka of ancient Mu that was the very center of kingship and cultural life of antiquity. Though the subcontinent is now largely submerged, the remnant islands—Philippines—remain to serve as a sublime beacon for many events yet to come in the future. It remains to be 4th Dimensional despite the decadent degeneration to 3rd Dimension of the entire planet. It is the Mother’s womb, and being so, the Spiritual Hierarchy also has in its agenda the re-ascent to full power and control over the islands in the distant future.
Around the 1880s the islands suddenly burst with new life as patriots of youthful zest began clamoring for independence from Spain, its then colonial master. Among them was Dr. Jose Rizal, an evolved soul who, along with an entourage of evolved souls, were tasked to accelerate the process of re-awakening of the Lemurian spiritual Force and create a new nation. It was to be Asia’s first modern nation-state, a dream that came to reality in 1898 when revolutionary forces formally declared an independent state.
Their minds vibrating in so feeble a manner like any 3rd Dimension being, the leaders of the new state never realized the full import of the divine revelations imprinted in the flag so adapted for its founding day (12th of June). Almost all the important archetypal emblems of the spiritual Brotherhood are in that new flag, thanks to the freemasonic background of the state leaders whose esoteric frequencies was a reason for the Brotherhood’s message-sending through that flag.
Right on that flag is the very revelation of a period of 110 years that will come to pass before another crucial event will come to pass in the islands: the opening of the hyperspace galactic portal. Added to the three (3) stars (inside the same triangle), yields 11. 8 signifies mystically the 4 forces (earth, water, earth, fire) multiplied by the polarity of positive-negative or 2. Three stars have an even higher meaning, which I will touch on in another article. Suffice me to say that they signify the Master-vibration of the Great White Brotherhood.
• The four (4) sides of the overall rectangle shape, three (3) sides of the white-colored triangle inside, and the three (3) ‘sticks’ of the letter Y or Yod inside (the separator of the tri-color red, white, blue), when added altogether totals 10. Let’s see what happens when this is multiplied with the 11 above.
• 11 X 10 = 110. This is precisely the number of years from 1898-2008, the period of waiting for that great event of the opening of the hyperspace portal.

One such council serves as the cosmic harmonizer and collective gatekeeper of a region that has at its very heart Luzon island where Mt. Banahaw is located. As already revealed by this mystic before, Mt. Banahaw is where the planetary chi is nestled today and where it will stay during the whole Aquarian age, signifying the full import of Filipinas during the shift to the 4th Dimensional New Age of Light.
Let me now go back to the Philippine flag. Visualize the flag hanging like drapery, where the white triangle comprises the upper vertical portion. Flowing downwards smoothly, you would easily see the color white (inside the triangle) on uppermost portion, the color blue on the right side, and red on the left side. The three (3) stars are positioned in such manner that two (2) stars are on upper portion, with the 3rd star just some space below it.
As already revealed in my book 13th Gate Unveiled, the triangle pointing downwards signifies the spiritual planes or spaces of highest Divinity. It signifies the declaration by the Almighty Providence that Filipinas/Mu was always God’s creation, is the Land of the Mother, and will always be so up through the future eons of Earth’s evolutionary stages. At the middle of the triangle is the Sun with its 8-rays, signifying the Father element of the triad of Father-Son-Spirit/Mother.
The stars signify broadly the Master-vibes of the spiritual Brotherhood. The single star positioned lower than the upper two stars, are a continuation of the Master vibes. It signifies the Master of Wisdom, or saint/sant/hierophant/sage/mystic, who assists the Ascended Host in enabling humans to evolve back to the Godhead. This they do through the spread of the Teaching, or higher mysteries, backed up by healing, revelations & prophecies, sciences & philosophy, creative genius, and enlightened leadership. Such sages have been sent forth to Filipinas since the very beginnings of its history, were sent forth as a significant team during the formative period of 1880s-1900, and have steadily been sent forth again after the 2nd world war.
Around the latter part of the 110-year period, Rishis who comprise a part of the 144,000 White Robes, were embodied here directly as Filipinos, many of whom are now spiritual masters silently doing their noble tasks. The very luck for these Rishis is that they were sent in a 4th Dimension-vibrating country, a truly gifted privilege. For no other country in the planet has this privilege of holiness, save for patches of 4-D vibes within generally 3-Dimension countries. It isn’t an exaggeration to state that some of these Filipino-born Rishis sit as members of the high councils of the Galactic Command, aside from sitting as members or officials of councils of the Earth’s hierarchy of the Brotherhood.
Some other Rishis were sent from outside Filipinas as reinforcements. They are of Asiatic or Caucasian hue, seemingly un-Filipino, but are of the Brotherhood plain and pure. Hardly anybody notices their presence, save for seekers and mystics whose spiritual formation they handle directly. Like their Filipino counterparts, they also sit in the councils of the Brotherhood and Galactic Command, which are all located in the planes higher than the physical (cannot be harmed by hostile Dark Forces down here).
It is too said that the Philippine phase of history might end soon, by late 2012 after the Polar Shift. Not only this country, but other country’s national histories are also ending up soon. When the new 4th Dimension Earth will stabilize after a period of catastrophes, we will only have a single Planetary State comprising of seamless web of cities and ethnic communities.
My only wish is that those souls sent here today, laggards included, will be rewarded a bit for the sacrifices of having to endure the miseries after the long period of imperialist colonization. I do have an idea about how many Filipinos will survive the polar shift, but this is no time to reveal anything about said numbers. In the last instance, God Almighty will ensure that everybody’s souls is save, whether one will graduate as 4th Dimension Earth resident or will be transferred to other planets for the less evolved.

Last June the 12th of 2008, the Philippines or Filipinas celebrated its 110th year upon its founding in 1898. Just exactly how many people in the islands and the planet are aware of the significance of that 110 period ending in 2008, from a mystic vantage point, is a point to ponder upon.
The Philippines is the Land of the Mother, the very subcontinent Maharloka of ancient Mu that was the very center of kingship and cultural life of antiquity. Though the subcontinent is now largely submerged, the remnant islands—Philippines—remain to serve as a sublime beacon for many events yet to come in the future. It remains to be 4th Dimensional despite the decadent degeneration to 3rd Dimension of the entire planet. It is the Mother’s womb, and being so, the Spiritual Hierarchy also has in its agenda the re-ascent to full power and control over the islands in the distant future.
Around the 1880s the islands suddenly burst with new life as patriots of youthful zest began clamoring for independence from Spain, its then colonial master. Among them was Dr. Jose Rizal, an evolved soul who, along with an entourage of evolved souls, were tasked to accelerate the process of re-awakening of the Lemurian spiritual Force and create a new nation. It was to be Asia’s first modern nation-state, a dream that came to reality in 1898 when revolutionary forces formally declared an independent state.
Their minds vibrating in so feeble a manner like any 3rd Dimension being, the leaders of the new state never realized the full import of the divine revelations imprinted in the flag so adapted for its founding day (12th of June). Almost all the important archetypal emblems of the spiritual Brotherhood are in that new flag, thanks to the freemasonic background of the state leaders whose esoteric frequencies was a reason for the Brotherhood’s message-sending through that flag.

BROTHERHOOD OF LIGHT IN PHILIPPINE’S MAKING

Magandang araw! Good day!
The knowledge about the true history or making of nations seems to belong only to an elect few: mystics of the highest caliber. What I can assure you, as a mystic-yogi and rishi, is that the mystical awareness is not inaccessible to the many, and when such awareness is reached, the knowledge about the true history of your very own nation can be accessed to rather facilely in the ‘cosmic websites’ or Akashic records. Those records are located in the 4th Plane, the plane of the intuitive, and anybody who had advanced in the Path can always access to those records of our ancient days to recent history.
Aside from the notes on human evolution and history I gathered from my readings of the great mystics such as Blavatsky and those contributed by local mystics, I was able to intuit many fundamental facts about my own country’s past. I would delimit my notes today about the past only, as I intend to write about current and future history in some other articles. In my book 13th Gate Unveiled, I already partly outlined there the spiritual Brotherhood’s role in the Philippines’ making, so let me start by re-asserting this basic contention: the Brotherhood was always there in the making of the Philippine nation, for one reason or another.
The Philippines’ making is no accident of history, no mere product of European colonialism and oligarchism. From the arrival of post-Deluge (Atlantis’ sinking) through the galvanization of the Age of Metals (agriculturalism) c. 500 BC-500 AD, through the formation of the nobilities and first city-states c. 700-1100, and onwards through the formation of principalities (rajahs, sultanates) beyond 1100, there is a conceivable qualitative leap in the techno-economic life and collective consciousness towards high-level epistemes (knowledge-capabilities) gearing up for a higher purpose.
At some time in the past, the islands referred today as Philippines or Filipinas got integrated into a larger polity, the Majapahit Empire. This was no ordinary empire that integrated potentates by way of aggression and occupation, but rather by inviting them and sealing covenants through trade arrangements. Little do people of both past and present realize the painstaking efforts of the spiritual Brotherhood in creating a consolidated regime of Light through this Empire. Awash with gold, this Empire was the wealthiest during its heydays, its ships the biggest that plied the seas, treasures that were produced for a higher purpose and not just to whet the greed of princes and emperors.
It was no easy process for the Elders of the Race to do so. Before this was done, earlier experiments were hatched in creating episteme-cultivating cultures in ancient Cambodia and the Sri Vijaya of ancient Indonesia. Spiritual masters and sages then embodied in those cultures to further enrich the knowledge and philosophical explosions that were already in progress. Then, at some later dates, those cultures died. With the departure of the Masters came also the decline in the cultures of those polities.
However, there were initial successes in those experiments, and those successes served as the criteria for decision making by the councils of the Brotherhood, the Planetary logoi, and the Office of the Christ to ensue with a more ambitious project of creating a larger and more consolidated polity. Such a polity would approximate the ancient Mu, even as its ascent to cultural zenith would unlock forces that would, in fact, revive many of those civilizational-epistemic templates and knowledge long buried beneath the seas after the sinking of both Mu and Atlantis.
The Philippines is the very site of the sunken subcontinent of Maharloka or Great Land, a land mass belonging to the larger super-continent Mu or Lemuria collectivity of land formations. It was the Land of the Mother, which means that it houses the ‘womb of the Planet’. Being of such divine nature, the Brotherhood will always generate forward ideas that will revive the polity, though such future polities arising will be of an adjusted form (adjusted to the evolving context, i.e. nation-states, region-states).
The Land of the Mother will always be the Land of the Mother, and will be of unspoiled nature—undefiled amid the despoliations by the forthcoming populations. Housing the ‘womb of the Mother’ on Earth, Maharloka/Philippines contains the cosmic portal that is the hyperspace gateway to the other galaxies (I’ve authenticated this through visions). Being ‘womb’ also reveals that this country was the very first zone where the primordial races of biological Man appeared—the Lemurian giants of antiquity.
Such being the facts about the Philippines/Maharloka, the greater is the reason for the spiritual Hierarchy to regain influence over and eventually control the islands.
This was the very reason why a race of sea-faring Malays, who were bred from the ancient Lemurian combined with the Atlantean strain and the Nordic galactic strain, were created as the last races of the Atlanteans (Kelts and Malays were the last, both bred with the Nordics implanted on their seed races). The Malays, seafaring and warrior-like sturdy, were to populate the areas previously the home of Maharloka-Sunda, Mu’s most important region, and will be galvanized across time to produce a root-stock for a ‘sub-race’ of the forthcoming 6th ‘root race’.
Let it be clarified that we Filipinos and our Malay siblings in both island and continental Southeast Asia are not those ancient Lemurians, not a continuation of those Lemurians. We superceded those ancient giants, our stature kept on decreasing by the millennia, and our faculties combine those of the Lemurians’, Atlanteans’, and Nordics’ (notably the Lyrans). The synthesis of these faculties is still taking place and isn’t over yet. We have passed through the 5th ‘root race’ of Aryans, we’ve become part of this race and had acquired the Aryan rationalist-empirical faculties, but we will be surpassing the Aryan stock that will be deprogrammed very rapidly in the couples of centuries ahead.
We Filipinos and Malays broadly are being prepared for the future. Our slim stature and lighter weight, far slimmer and lighter than even those 6-7 feet ancient Malays, are the body trends of the future, body that is fit for hyperspace travel. For mankind is now rapidly moving back towards the stars, and so some day in the near future our body built will be needed to cross the great divide in space—without traversing space but rather by journeying through the hyperspace portal above our archipelago.
The Aryanization of the Philippines came to a rapid advance upon the coming of Spain and USA as colonial occupants. Britain shortly ruled Manila for three (3) years, and even if it didn’t politically rule thereafter, Anglo-Saxon high culture penetrated the islands in tsunami-like fashion, and superceded the Latin high culture when America occupied the lands in 1900-46. No matter how brutal the colonizers were, this Aryanization process is important, as it led to the grafting of the rational-empirical faculties and the scientific-philosophic systems they represent on the collective minds and genes of the islanders. This 500-year process of colonization has the imprint of approval from Hierarchy, though the cruelties and enslavement came as ambuscades of the Plan by the Fallen Ones who may have wind up of the divine Plan from its very inception.
Around the 19th century, it was no exaggeration to state that spiritual masters embodied in the whole of East Asia, the southeast included, to fast-track the movement towards modernization. They came in surreptitious manner, donning the cloaks of philosophers, statesmen, bureaucrats, intellectuals, and merchants. The expectation that masters will embody as priests and church leaders is stereotyping, though indeed there were such masters in southeast Asia then.
The breaking off from the colonial yokes of the West was a task that the Brotherhood took upon itself, with blessings from the Planetary Logos. The excesses of the machinations of the Fallen Ones must be counter-checked by sending evolved souls in the region to begin the formation of national ethos and institutional modalities. It was within the context of this mission that the likes of Jose Rizal and his entourage of patriots were sent forth to the islands. A few thousands of miles away they sent Mohandas Gandhi and his entourage. After their arrival here and conducting their collective mission, modern history was created, the way for the coming of the future evolved souls was prepared.
The likes of Rizal and Gandhi are what I refer to as ‘gurus of nationhood’, for they taught us how to create a larger community beyond the parochial confines of blood and soil (ethnicity/clan). While typical gurus like myself intervene on the personal level for seekers and mystics, Rizal and Gandhi intervened on the collective level. By so doing, both of them revived the spiritual Force of ancient Mu, and are rightly regarded as Sons of the Mother. That Force is again increasing in power today, more so the Force ensconced in the Philippines that is the Land of the Mother.
Only blind fools will never come to see the import of the Brotherhood’s and Hierarchy’s efforts to regain foothold and eventual control of the islands. The veils are indeed thick, that many mystics the world over fail to see this recondite import of the ‘Philippine question’, of the importance of Mt. Banahaw that now houses the ‘chi of the Womb’ for the entire Aquarian Age, and the placement of the hyperspace portal in the islands. The Brotherhood/Hierarchy is coming back to the Philippines, and will retake this nation for the Mother’s sake in the times forthcoming.
While the other lands of the planet have been reduced to hovels of 3rd Density hell-worlds, the Philippines remained unspoiled as a whole. Let his be boldly declared: no other place on Earth has such a privileged position. The Philippines retains its 4th Dimensional vibratory frequency, making it a natural enclave for souls who are vibrating in 4th, 5th and higher Densities (social servants, healers, shamans, mystics, yogis, wizards, up through spiritual masters).
The Land of the Mother remains as holy as ever, which makes it excellent for spiritual recharging by the more aware sectors of the world population. Those souls who embodied here—my compatriots—may need to reflect on whether they have gained insights about the very purpose for their embodiment in his holy land. The great mass of laggards who are here today just do not seem to have an idea at all about what they are missing, while those criminals and ‘lost souls’ have completely wasted the opportunity for an acceleration of their journey back to the Divine by their presence here.
I guess at this point I have delivered my contentions clear: that the Philippines, being remnant of the ancient Maharloka/Mu, is the Land of the Mother, remains as holy as it was in antiquity (4th dimensional), is the location of the Mother’s womb and portal to the stars. This being so, the Brotherhood/Hierarchy will always have on their agenda the retaking of the Philippines and its refashioning, after all the catastrophic outcomes of post-2012 have stabilized, into a civilizational hub in preparation for the coming of the 6th ‘root race’ of which the Filipinos (future) will be a part of.
I’d end this note with the reflection on the name Filipinas (Spanish), which is translated into its Filipinized version as PILIPINAS. Per note from a shamanic poet (Almeidda), the term contains the root terms PILI (choose, to choose) and INA (mother). Fusing ‘choose’ and ‘mother’ would yield the identity of CHOSEN MOTHER or Piling Ina. Though articulated from a folk or cult-level discourse, there is much wisdom to this identity of the Philippines: the Chosen Mother, or chosen by the Mother. From our viewpoint as Brothers/Sisters of Light, it is the Land of the Mother. It will be so for many eons yet forthcoming.

Magandang araw! Good day!
The knowledge about the true history or making of nations seems to belong only to an elect few: mystics of the highest caliber. What I can assure you, as a mystic-yogi and rishi, is that the mystical awareness is not inaccessible to the many, and when such awareness is reached, the knowledge about the true history of your very own nation can be accessed to rather facilely in the ‘cosmic websites’ or Akashic records. Those records are located in the 4th Plane, the plane of the intuitive, and anybody who had advanced in the Path can always access to those records of our ancient days to recent history.
Aside from the notes on human evolution and history I gathered from my readings of the great mystics such as Blavatsky and those contributed by local mystics, I was able to intuit many fundamental facts about my own country’s past. I would delimit my notes today about the past only, as I intend to write about current and future history in some other articles. In my book 13th Gate Unveiled, I already partly outlined there the spiritual Brotherhood’s role in the Philippines’ making, so let me start by re-asserting this basic contention: the Brotherhood was always there in the making of the Philippine nation, for one reason or another.
The Philippines’ making is no accident of history, no mere product of European colonialism and oligarchism. From the arrival of post-Deluge (Atlantis’ sinking) through the galvanization of the Age of Metals (agriculturalism) c. 500 BC-500 AD, through the formation of the nobilities and first city-states c. 700-1100, and onwards through the formation of principalities (rajahs, sultanates) beyond 1100, there is a conceivable qualitative leap in the techno-economic life and collective consciousness towards high-level epistemes (knowledge-capabilities) gearing up for a higher purpose.
At some time in the past, the islands referred today as Philippines or Filipinas got integrated into a larger polity, the Majapahit Empire. This was no ordinary empire that integrated potentates by way of aggression and occupation, but rather by inviting them and sealing covenants through trade arrangements. Little do people of both past and present realize the painstaking efforts of the spiritual Brotherhood in creating a consolidated regime of Light through this Empire. Awash with gold, this Empire was the wealthiest during its heydays, its ships the biggest that plied the seas, treasures that were produced for a higher purpose and not just to whet the greed of princes and emperors.
It was no easy process for the Elders of the Race to do so. Before this was done, earlier experiments were hatched in creating episteme-cultivating cultures in ancient Cambodia and the Sri Vijaya of ancient Indonesia. Spiritual masters and sages then embodied in those cultures to further enrich the knowledge and philosophical explosions that were already in progress. Then, at some later dates, those cultures died. With the departure of the Masters came also the decline in the cultures of those polities.
However, there were initial successes in those experiments, and those successes served as the criteria for decision making by the councils of the Brotherhood, the Planetary logoi, and the Office of the Christ to ensue with a more ambitious project of creating a larger and more consolidated polity. Such a polity would approximate the ancient Mu, even as its ascent to cultural zenith would unlock forces that would, in fact, revive many of those civilizational-epistemic templates and knowledge long buried beneath the seas after the sinking of both Mu and Atlantis.
The Philippines is the very site of the sunken subcontinent of Maharloka or Great Land, a land mass belonging to the larger super-continent Mu or Lemuria collectivity of land formations. It was the Land of the Mother, which means that it houses the ‘womb of the Planet’. Being of such divine nature, the Brotherhood will always generate forward ideas that will revive the polity, though such future polities arising will be of an adjusted form (adjusted to the evolving context, i.e. nation-states, region-states).
The Land of the Mother will always be the Land of the Mother, and will be of unspoiled nature—undefiled amid the despoliations by the forthcoming populations. Housing the ‘womb of the Mother’ on Earth, Maharloka/Philippines contains the cosmic portal that is the hyperspace gateway to the other galaxies (I’ve authenticated this through visions). Being ‘womb’ also reveals that this country was the very first zone where the primordial races of biological Man appeared—the Lemurian giants of antiquity.
Such being the facts about the Philippines/Maharloka, the greater is the reason for the spiritual Hierarchy to regain influence over and eventually control the islands.
This was the very reason why a race of sea-faring Malays, who were bred from the ancient Lemurian combined with the Atlantean strain and the Nordic galactic strain, were created as the last races of the Atlanteans (Kelts and Malays were the last, both bred with the Nordics implanted on their seed races). The Malays, seafaring and warrior-like sturdy, were to populate the areas previously the home of Maharloka-Sunda, Mu’s most important region, and will be galvanized across time to produce a root-stock for a ‘sub-race’ of the forthcoming 6th ‘root race’.
Let it be clarified that we Filipinos and our Malay siblings in both island and continental Southeast Asia are not those ancient Lemurians, not a continuation of those Lemurians. We superceded those ancient giants, our stature kept on decreasing by the millennia, and our faculties combine those of the Lemurians’, Atlanteans’, and Nordics’ (notably the Lyrans). The synthesis of these faculties is still taking place and isn’t over yet. We have passed through the 5th ‘root race’ of Aryans, we’ve become part of this race and had acquired the Aryan rationalist-empirical faculties, but we will be surpassing the Aryan stock that will be deprogrammed very rapidly in the couples of centuries ahead.
We Filipinos and Malays broadly are being prepared for the future. Our slim stature and lighter weight, far slimmer and lighter than even those 6-7 feet ancient Malays, are the body trends of the future, body that is fit for hyperspace travel. For mankind is now rapidly moving back towards the stars, and so some day in the near future our body built will be needed to cross the great divide in space—without traversing space but rather by journeying through the hyperspace portal above our archipelago.
The Aryanization of the Philippines came to a rapid advance upon the coming of Spain and USA as colonial occupants. Britain shortly ruled Manila for three (3) years, and even if it didn’t politically rule thereafter, Anglo-Saxon high culture penetrated the islands in tsunami-like fashion, and superceded the Latin high culture when America occupied the lands in 1900-46. No matter how brutal the colonizers were, this Aryanization process is important, as it led to the grafting of the rational-empirical faculties and the scientific-philosophic systems they represent on the collective minds and genes of the islanders. This 500-year process of colonization has the imprint of approval from Hierarchy, though the cruelties and enslavement came as ambuscades of the Plan by the Fallen Ones who may have wind up of the divine Plan from its very inception.
Around the 19th century, it was no exaggeration to state that spiritual masters embodied in the whole of East Asia, the southeast included, to fast-track the movement towards modernization. They came in surreptitious manner, donning the cloaks of philosophers, statesmen, bureaucrats, intellectuals, and merchants. The expectation that masters will embody as priests and church leaders is stereotyping, though indeed there were such masters in southeast Asia then.
The breaking off from the colonial yokes of the West was a task that the Brotherhood took upon itself, with blessings from the Planetary Logos. The excesses of the machinations of the Fallen Ones must be counter-checked by sending evolved souls in the region to begin the formation of national ethos and institutional modalities. It was within the context of this mission that the likes of Jose Rizal and his entourage of patriots were sent forth to the islands. A few thousands of miles away they sent Mohandas Gandhi and his entourage. After their arrival here and conducting their collective mission, modern history was created, the way for the coming of the future evolved souls was prepared.
The likes of Rizal and Gandhi are what I refer to as ‘gurus of nationhood’, for they taught us how to create a larger community beyond the parochial confines of blood and soil (ethnicity/clan). While typical gurus like myself intervene on the personal level for seekers and mystics, Rizal and Gandhi intervened on the collective level. By so doing, both of them revived the spiritual Force of ancient Mu, and are rightly regarded as Sons of the Mother. That Force is again increasing in power today, more so the Force ensconced in the Philippines that is the Land of the Mother.
Only blind fools will never come to see the import of the Brotherhood’s and Hierarchy’s efforts to regain foothold and eventual control of the islands. The veils are indeed thick, that many mystics the world over fail to see this recondite import of the ‘Philippine question’, of the importance of Mt. Banahaw that now houses the ‘chi of the Womb’ for the entire Aquarian Age, and the placement of the hyperspace portal in the islands. The Brotherhood/Hierarchy is coming back to the Philippines, and will retake this nation for the Mother’s sake in the times forthcoming.
While the other lands of the planet have been reduced to hovels of 3rd Density hell-worlds, the Philippines remained unspoiled as a whole. Let his be boldly declared: no other place on Earth has such a privileged position. The Philippines retains its 4th Dimensional vibratory frequency, making it a natural enclave for souls who are vibrating in 4th, 5th and higher Densities (social servants, healers, shamans, mystics, yogis, wizards, up through spiritual masters).
The Land of the Mother remains as holy as ever, which makes it excellent for spiritual recharging by the more aware sectors of the world population. Those souls who embodied here—my compatriots—may need to reflect on whether they have gained insights about the very purpose for their embodiment in his holy land. The great mass of laggards who are here today just do not seem to have an idea at all about what they are missing, while those criminals and ‘lost souls’ have completely wasted the opportunity for an acceleration of their journey back to the Divine by their presence here.
I guess at this point I have delivered my contentions clear: that the Philippines, being remnant of the ancient Maharloka/Mu, is the Land of the Mother, remains as holy as it was in antiquity (4th dimensional), is the location of the Mother’s womb and portal to the stars. This being so, the Brotherhood/Hierarchy will always have on their agenda the retaking of the Philippines and its refashioning, after all the catastrophic outcomes of post-2012 have stabilized, into a civilizational hub in preparation for the coming of the 6th ‘root race’ of which the Filipinos (future) will be a part of.
I’d end this note with the reflection on the name Filipinas (Spanish), which is translated into its Filipinized version as PILIPINAS. Per note from a shamanic poet (Almeidda), the term contains the root terms PILI (choose, to choose) and INA (mother). Fusing ‘choose’ and ‘mother’ would yield the identity of CHOSEN MOTHER or Piling Ina. Though articulated from a folk or cult-level discourse, there is much wisdom to this identity of the Philippines: the Chosen Mother, or chosen by the Mother. From our viewpoint as Brothers/Sisters of Light, it is the Land of the Mother. It will be so for many eons yet forthcoming.

PHILIPPINES FROM A COSMIC VIEWPOINT: STARGATE, MAHARLOKA, PLANETARY CHI

Good afternoon, dear Fellows!
It is still politically hot in PI (Philippine Islands) as I write this piece. I like this libertarian spirit of the people, particularly the middle class, who choose to right some wrongs via a civil way (senate investigations, mass actions) rather than take up arms. This is a sign that the modern islanders, dubbed Filipino by the late patriot Dr. Jose Rizal, are of a newer breed compared to their warlike ancient pedigree.
While the islanders are busy massing up for larger political storms, another cabal which we shall simply dub as Fallen Ones are making sure that the Philippines must never rise as a wealthy and globally powerful nation. For many centuries now they have been working behind the shadows to make sure that they’d be able to fragment Southeast Asia and control the Philippines and its people in particular.
The oligarchic Anglo-Saxons (British, Americans) who play the lead-role of storm troopers for the wars of the Fallen Ones, make sure that the Philippines will remain weak and secondary a force in global affairs. The American elites in particular fear the Philippines, fear a sphinx-like rise of the Filipinos to wealth and fame. And the few who sharply observe this Saxon (to shorten Anglo-Saxon) feelings about Filipinos or Pinoys are baffled by the American elite’s paranoia and bellicose attitude.
More than a century ago, mystics from the West, India and Tibet released to the world a humungous amount of knowledge about the planet’s evolution, and that of humanity’s. Theosophists, led by HP Blavatsky (see Secret Doctrine), became the lead documentors and messengers for the revelators (spiritual masters). Those documents are immensely significant, because they revealed for the first time the true history of the planet and the Earthans or Terrans in modern language for mass readership.
Among the revelations heralded was that the Philippines is a remnant of a subcontinent of the ancient continent of Mu or Lemuria. That subcontinent was then called Maharloka or Great Land. The term came down later in another version as Maharlika, which had since denoted nobility. Lemurian culture was the greatest civilization ever built on Earth, and maybe the only ones that can match it are those ones that are yet to come (called 6th and 7th Root races by Blavatsky).
Another revelation was that the Maharlokans (Pinoys being the descendants) were the very center of the world civilization at that time (tens of thousands of years back). The most powerful kingships of Mu were in Maharloka, in much parallel way today when the most powerful polities are the Caucasians’ (Saxons, Russians, Europeans). Such kingships were necessarily the center of warriorship, the ancient Maharlokans being the most feared in terms of warfare. Warriorship and offensive war acumen is therefore in the blood (genes) of the Pinoys of today, and there would be instances when such traits, long dormant in the collective subconscious, will awaken (e.g Phil. Revolution, 1896-1900).
An equally important phenomenon that shouldn’t be trashed is the presence (per revelation from Filipino mystics) in the astral-etheric belt above Palawan, of the stargate. This gate is the hyperspace doorway to and from the other galaxies: passage through it can short-cut the way to other galaxies, and likewise short-cut the travel from those galaxies to Earth.
Linking up the two phenomena is now quite an easy task. Being seeded by cross-galactic beings in ancient times (e.g. Orions, Lyrans, Pleadeans, Draconians, Andromedans, Sirians, Vegans), it is but logical that the stargate area is the location where the greatest civilization, in both antiquity and the future, will flourish.
Per my own knowledge of earlier revelations (see theosophy, Himalayan notes) and those of the present (see Sal Rachele’s contributions), the stargate was decidedly closed by those cross-galactic intelligences or CGIs upon their retreat later. Since then, it was difficult for CGIs to come to Earth as hyper-space travel was delimited by the stargate’s closure. Longer ways have to be traversed, whether by space or hyper-space travel modalities.
However, past the midway of a 555-million year period (that midpoint was in September 21, 1934) in human evolution, as humanity began to move upward in the ascending arc of its evolution, the Earth had also begun to evolve and has since been increasing its vibratory frequency. This upward evolution of Earth is now opening up the stargate naturally, and sooner enough the CGIs will be coming around with ease.
Suffice me now to say that the Fallen Ones, the elite builders of the evil New World Order or NWO, dread the coming of some CGIs whatever those beings are. For how could you explain such a paranoid dread, that they now go to the extent of fast-tracking the NASA, Russian and European space programs to be able to escape from Earth at any moment in the near future? They dread the CGIs, maybe the top-gun CGIs both from the ‘Light’ (Galactic Federation) and the ‘Dark’ (Orion-Reptoid Alliance) sides.
Let me now stress another equally important phenomenon: the Planetary Chi’s positioning in PI during the Aquarian Age. As I explained in my book 13th Gate Unveiled, every time that the Solar system is situated within a constellation’s force-field, for a period approximately 2,166 years long, the chief energy vortex or Planetary Chi will be located in a specific spot among the Earth’s 70 or so major energy spots or centers. Of those 70 energy spots, around 7 to 12 are the chief ones, Mt. Banahaw in PI being one of them.
Whenever the solar system transfers from one constellation alignment to another, the Planetary Chi also transfers to another major energy spot. There it will remain for 2000+ years. And where that energy vortex stays, civilization will rise like the sphinx as evolved souls will mass up in the area to hasten techno-economic, cultural and political development. Chances are that polities in the area will rise to world power prominence while the Planetary Chi is located there.
In 1994, when this mystic was initiated into the cosmic order of Lightworker mystics’ lodge here in PI, the news came to my ears that the Planetary Chi will transfer to Mt. Banahaw from Glastonbury (England) during the Aquarian Age. And no less than couples of Tibetan masters came here in a rush to find out what makes PI so special today, and perhaps noted the immense potentials of the Pinoys to rise to power during Aquarius. They also helped local mystics prepare for the coming events ahead.
So that information explains why the Saxons and Continental Europeans from France to as far as Russia woke up for 2000 years. From ‘barbarians’ those tribes were catapulted to world power prominence in all human fields, and among them all the Saxons (British, Americans, Canadians, Australians, New Zealanders) were to benefit the most from the awakening induced by the beneficial powers of the Planetary Chi during the Age of Pisces (from Jesus’ time to around 2004).
And such is the same reason now why the Saxon elites, led by Fallen Ones, fear the
decline of the West as the Chi has transferred to PI. That the Pinoys or Maharlikans will rise to world power status in the future is no longer a myth nor ancient legend of foregone Lemuria but is an unfolding fact of life.
Now, couple that rise to power of the Maharlikans (and Asians in general) with the opening up of the stargate, and you can see in the near future the arrival of CGIs right in PI’s backyard to concur agreements, diffuse technologies and philosophies, and fast-track Maharlikans’/Majapahitans’ (Southeast Asians’) meteoric rise to space-age power and cross-galactic travel capabilities.
The question we ask now is: what CGIs did the Fallen Ones (elites) concur treaties with if ever? Why are they so scared of some reprisals from some CGIs? Why are they so desperate in controlling PI and its people? Do they desire to control the stargate eventually, so as to block all CGIs from coming here, so that they alone—Earthan global elites—can own the planet and do everything at their disposal? Or do they intend to block only the Galactic Federation that had in fact pre-positioned itself in the Solar system and nearby star systems for nigh 3000 years or so already? What armaments with such devastating firepower can they use at any rate against those CGIs?
Let me remind those Saxon-Western elites led by the Fallen Ones that their attempt for global domination is futile. They cannot escape this planet as the Federation forces are up there guarding the solar system. They cannot use nuclear devises to destroy the planet, as the same Federation will come down from hyperspace to destroy the same devises.
It’s not too late yet for the Fallen Ones to choose Oneness, choose the path of cooperation and dialogues of civilizations, and share the Planet with all the souls herein residing. And they should stop those futile efforts to exterminate or neutralize the Lightworkers, notably the mystics who they hold with such fear and contempt. Dead mystics of Light are soon replaced by new ones, remember.
And they should accept that the time of the ‘decline of the West’ and the rise of Asia has come. Among all Asians are especially the Maharlikans whose zeneath of power will be seen around the years 2700-3300 (peak period of the Aquarian Age). And, yes, they better accept the destiny of Maharlika, show kindness and friendliness to our people. For being bellicose at all times to Pinoys now may cause them devastating backfire in the future as the more war-like, space-age savvy Maharlikans will make no qualms in leveling off niches of the bellicose Fallen Ones and their elite subalterns.
If they now think of destroying PI with the latest Tesla Earthquake Inducer, it’s too late a thing for this evil act. Pinoys have been scattered all over the globe, precisely as a Plan B by the cosmic hierarchy in case that the islands will be destroyed by geological cataclysm or by WMD (weapons of mass destruction). Pinoy nations will be rising in other continents in the future, as the Filipino race is programmed to be the 6th sub-Race of the coming 6th Root Race of more advanced human prototypes.
In conclusion, one should look at the conflicts now taking place in RP as machinations of the Fallen Ones. The conflicts are ‘organized chaos’ cover-ups for the true events happening behind the scene. They fear RP, the Maharlikans, the CGIs who will team up with future Maharlikans, and their efforts to destroy us here are futile. “It’s the Cosmic Plan, stupid!” would be an apt campaign line against the Fallen Ones. They have no way out here, and they better choose Oneness or perish in the future worlds coming.

And where that energy vortex stays, civilization will rise like the sphinx as evolved souls will mass up in the area to hasten techno-economic, cultural and political development. Chances are that polities in the area will rise to world power prominence while the Planetary Chi is located there.
In 1994, when this mystic was initiated into the cosmic order of Lightworker mystics’ lodge here in PI, the news came to my ears that the Planetary Chi will transfer to Mt. Banahaw from Glastonbury (England) during the Aquarian Age. And no less than couples of Tibetan masters came here in a rush to find out what makes PI so special today, and perhaps noted the immense potentials of the Pinoys to rise to power during Aquarius. They also helped local mystics prepare for the coming events ahead.
So that information explains why the Saxons and Continental Europeans from France to as far as Russia woke up for 2000 years. From ‘barbarians’ those tribes were catapulted to world power prominence in all human fields, and among them all the Saxons (British, Americans, Canadians, Australians, New Zealanders) were to benefit the most from the awakening induced by the beneficial powers of the Planetary Chi during the Age of Pisces (from Jesus’ time to around 2004).
And such is the same reason now why the Saxon elites, led by Fallen Ones, fear the
decline of the West as the Chi has transferred to PI. That the Pinoys or Maharlikans will rise to world power status in the future is no longer a myth nor ancient legend of foregone Lemuria but is an unfolding fact of life.
Now, couple that rise to power of the Maharlikans (and Asians in general) with the opening up of the stargate, and you can see in the near future the arrival of CGIs right in PI’s backyard to concur agreements, diffuse technologies and philosophies, and fast-track Maharlikans’/Majapahitans’ (Southeast Asians’) meteoric rise to space-age power and cross-galactic travel capabilities.
The question we ask now is: what CGIs did the Fallen Ones (elites) concur treaties with if ever? Why are they so scared of some reprisals from some CGIs? Why are they so desperate in controlling PI and its people? Do they desire to control the stargate eventually, so as to block all CGIs from coming here, so that they alone—Earthan global elites—can own the planet and do everything at their disposal? Or do they intend to block only the Galactic Federation that had in fact pre-positioned itself in the Solar system and nearby star systems for nigh 3000 years or so already? What armaments with such devastating firepower can they use at any rate against those CGIs?
Let me remind those Saxon-Western elites led by the Fallen Ones that their attempt for global domination is futile. They cannot escape this planet as the Federation forces are up there guarding the solar system. They cannot use nuclear devises to destroy the planet, as the same Federation will come down from hyperspace to destroy the same devises.
It’s not too late yet for the Fallen Ones to choose Oneness, choose the path of cooperation and dialogues of civilizations, and share the Planet with all the souls herein residing. And they should stop those futile efforts to exterminate or neutralize the Lightworkers, notably the mystics who they hold with such fear and contempt. Dead mystics of Light are soon replaced by new ones, remember.
And they should accept that the time of the ‘decline of the West’ and the rise of Asia has come. Among all Asians are especially the Maharlikans whose zeneath of power will be seen around the years 2700-3300 (peak period of the Aquarian Age). And, yes, they better accept the destiny of Maharlika, show kindness and friendliness to our people. For being bellicose at all times to Pinoys now may cause them devastating backfire in the future as the more war-like, space-age savvy Maharlikans will make no qualms in leveling off niches of the bellicose Fallen Ones and their elite subalterns.
If they now think of destroying PI with the latest Tesla Earthquake Inducer, it’s too late a thing for this evil act. Pinoys have been scattered all over the globe, precisely as a Plan B by the cosmic hierarchy in case that the islands will be destroyed by geological cataclysm or by WMD (weapons of mass destruction). Pinoy nations will be rising in other continents in the future, as the Filipino race is programmed to be the 6th sub-Race of the coming 6th Root Race of more advanced human prototypes.
In conclusion, one should look at the conflicts now taking place in RP as machinations of the Fallen Ones. The conflicts are ‘organized chaos’ cover-ups for the true events happening behind the scene. They fear RP, the Maharlikans, the CGIs who will team up with future Maharlikans, and their efforts to destroy us here are futile. “It’s the Cosmic Plan, stupid!” would be an apt campaign line against the Fallen Ones. They have no way out here, and they better choose Oneness or perish in the future worlds coming.
