It is now past dinner time as I write this concluding piece for the day. Before the night closes, let this humble Adept of the Brotherhood of Light share one more reflection about the Draco theme.
If we move back in time and divide history into phases of twelve (12) grand cycles each (300,000 years approximately), we can recognize the recent phase as that period crucial to the formation of strategic alliances in the ‘war of the worlds’. The phases prior to that, probably up to way back six (6) phases before this recent one, sow the rise of highly intelligent species in our universe.
Draco’s emergence from a primeval form could have been circa 4th phase moving backwards in time. Almost simultaneously, along parallel path, the intelligent species from Orion evolved. Orion’s species were an amusing combination of humans and saurians, and were equally tall in stature like their counterparts in other star systems.
As soon as they developed space technology, Orions warred against each other almost ceaselessly, thus driving many Orions to migrate to far away worlds. Those migrating populations found Maldek, Mars, and Terra in Solaria (solar system), a star system on the edge of the Milky Way.
The competition among Reptilians could have likewise seen enormous exchange of firepower and enslavement of defeated camps. That was, like Orion’s case, made possible by the development and perfection of space technology. Somewhere in time during the last phase of our timeline, Draconians ceased to war against each other, as their collective mind showed them the more prudent decision to coalesce surrounding the most powerful group. The proto-Empire was in place.
As the Draco and Orion cultures were perfecting and experimenting on gelling alliances, the humans were also finding it more prudent to coalesce into a strategic alliance. Taking their counsel from the higher Beings of Light, notably Michael and the guardians of the celestial realm, the Confederation of Light was formed, a coalition that gravitated around the human societies (other members were from non-human lifestreams).
With the gravitation of galactic forces along two contending poles, the cleavage between the Empire and Confederation—dubbed otherwise as Galactic Command or GC—was more or less complete. Just exactly how Orion and Draco came to negotiate in a most amicable manner remains a mystery, they being both predatory and distrustful of competing forces. Suffice us to take it as given that the two star systems did coalesce in time, and the coalition is strategic in nature (very long term).
The periods 200,000 down to 100,000 years Before Present or BP witnessed the engagements of the forces of Empire and GC in very destructive wars. To complicate the hostilities, Michael and Lucifer took their side in the conflict, an act that sealed the fate of Lucifer and many Adepts—inclusive of Guardians/Watchers—whom he dragged to his side.
The epical movie series Star Wars was somehow successful in intuiting and indicating the contours of the conflict. The Empire began with around over 600 worlds (Star Wars depicted 1000 that was pretty accurate a count), most specially from the sector directed by Lucifer. So many other worlds soon joined the Empire, for fear of being wiped out by a very predatory force.
The Sith Lords as depicted in the Star Wars series jibes pretty accurately with the Guardians of the Draco Empire. The Orions jibed pretty well with the idea of Trade Confederation in the Star Wars epic, the Guardians of whom looked very saurian (tall Grey species that were cousins of the Draco reptiloids).
So accurate is the Star Wars epic that it depicted the leverage of each side of the Empire: Draco provided military might, while Orion provided cross-galactic trade. Draco, in reality, had no patience for conducting galactic trade affairs, a matter that it consigned to its partner Orions.
Another group of saurians, who were cloned worker types for the Empire, were the Zetans (from the Zeta Reticulum star system). Very much collective-natured in mindset, they behaved like cells comprising a giant organic whole. Incidentally, the Star Wars also depicted a clone group that served as army canon fodders for the Sith Lords, except that the epic’s clone looked human –so just replace the human face with Grey Zetan and you’d see that the epic was as razor-sharp accurate after all. But amusingly, the leader of the planet—that mass produced the clones—who met Jedi OB1 Canobi in the epic was Grey saurian type.
Between the two, Orion—the very origin of the money economy (capitalist system especially) that is dominant in our own planet today—holds the galactic ‘purse’ (resources). Thus, Draco cannot treat Orion as a junior partner, but as a co-partner worth the respect. Orion’s Greys are particularly very fascistic (to use our own Terran term) and will not brook punitive actions on failed expectations from a negotiating partner or subordinated world.
There is much reason to infer, as a matter of fact, that Orion is the senior partner in the Empire. He who holds the purse holds the reins of power, so to speak. Orion’s pursuits in Solaria preceded Draco’s advent here, and there’s reason to infer that Orion entrusted the guardianship of Earth to Draco and not the other way around. Freed from the daily ministrations of a colony, not only in Solaria but in other star systems, Orion can then pursue its ambition of expanding beyond the galaxies of the universe.
So, when Draco is expected to arrive here with greater contingents soon, better factor in Orion (lower Orion for clarification) in the process. Orion will itself join the military strike forces in due time, making the forthcoming ‘resumption of hostilities’ exciting yet very cryptic for the unprepared and uninitiated.

DRACO’S BIRTHING: ANTI-UNIVERSE CONCEIVING

Good evening from the Philippines’ suburban highlands!
Flow with me as I will expound some notes about the birthing of the Draconians. Visualize ourself listening to piano concierto playing the master Beethoven’s pieces from Concert No. 5 (he too was an ascended master embodied down 3rd dimension like Mozart) that would fit the exit of daytime and entry of nocturnal time amid dusk as I discourse again on Draco.
To begin my discourse, let me bring you back to Greek mythology: the narrative of Clash of the Titans. In the Greek mythology one is introduced to the principle of Anti-Universe in the archetype of Hades. In the Clash of the Titans, it was revealed that the Anti-Universe was the core factor behind the birthing of the Draconians in the archetype of the Karkens.
The narrative further informed us that the galaxies (notably Andromeda), heroes & heroins (Pallas Athena on ‘gods’ side), and the astral domain of reality (vast seas and oceans) were already in place as an expansion of the out-Breath of the Almighty Creator downwards towards the more dense domains of reality (‘ontological domains’ in philosophy).
It is important to note those serial events, as they provide clues to the nascence and rise of Draco. Andromeda created both Lyra and Pleiades (signified by Perseus), as far as we know in the Inner Mysteries. Pallas Athena was core leader of the Light Forces in Maldek, a planet that was largely populated by migrated Orions and people of more dense planets from the Milky Way and probably other galaxies farther. The events unfolded when the worlds were in the 4th and 5th densities, with some worlds threatened with further descent to 3rd density/dimension.
We could only surmise that the star system Draco must have been, prior to reptilians’ evolution to bipedal intelligence form, too far remote from the impact of the outflowing Light from the Almighty Creator and the most Holy Council of 24 Elders. Maybe even remote from the Hierarchs of our universe itself, blocked as the outflowing Light was by certain gas, plasma, energy conflicts, and solidifying formations in the galaxy.
It was at that juncture that the Anti-Universe, the polar anti-thesis of the constructive forces of our universe, permeated certain star systems and worlds. As to how many grand cycles had passed before that event happened, we can only do some guess work. What is clear is that, when Hades permeated the sector where Draco was located, the contamination by the dis-integrative forces beyond the edge of the universe or so was very pervasive and wide-reaching.
A species of bipedal beings, probably evolved from out of originally winged reptilians, was already morphing in the Draco system and elsewhere (X-worlds of Saurians that need to be revealed further). At that level of development, most likely the souls of those beings were of the group-soul type, like our own primordial Terrans.
Such a hypothesis—of saurian types ensouled with group-soul type—follows straight from the Teaching which clearly indicates that all animals and plants have each a collective soul. From the mineral world such a very feeble-minded gestate before proceeding to the vegetative, animal, and elemental forms.
The immersion into the energy fields of the Anti-Universe instantly transmogrified those creative formations and turned them into negative entities almost overnight. That coming to past, the next event saw the descent of those beings down to 4th density (mid-astral) where they were to breed, grow and mature.
Furthermore, that eventuality of being engulfed by the Hades force field instantly blackened the connecting channels to the higher spheres. In the process, energy veils so thick (multi-tiered) encrusted in the feeble psyche of the morphing beings. Their disconnect from the creative process of the universe was complete, even as their breed and pedigrees were to serve as the progenitors of predation and destruction in the lower densities that were to be their spheres of influence.
The ‘energy veil’ or ‘e-veil’, from which ‘evil’ may have arisen (read Elizabeth Prophet’s works), is no creation of the Almighty Creator, for your basic information. The notion of the Almighty creating a polarity game by designing negative beings is pure crap, be deceived not by this largely toxic lie peddled by Fallen Masters.
To go back to the Titans narrative, the Karkens (Draconians) were bred right in the seas’ depth. Meaning, they were bred in the mid-astral (astral is water element) or 4th density. Probably they began in 5th density (higher astral), and from there descended eventually to 4th density. Being negative, they can only access to masters who were of ‘lesser light’ (Fallen Masters), one of whom looks as reptilian a being as you can imagine (this one I saw in visions just this year).
To continue, if we go by the Pleiadian information that Draco invaded Terra circa 12 grand cycles ago—300,000 years Before Present of BP—then the permeation of the Anti-Universe into the Draco system was several eons backwards in time. It takes several cycles of evolution to create an intelligent species that can become technology savvy and space-enabled, so our estimate would be around 300,000 X (2X2) or 1.2 million BP.
Probably during the 3rd phase of that 4-phase period—600,000 down to 300,000 BP—the Draconians were already well evolved physically & astrally, and were traveling across space and hyperspace. They became a mighty military force in the galaxy, a possibility brought about by the early discoveries of knowledge-intensive technologies via experimentation as we know them today.
They most likely competed for hegemony in the lower densities, most especially in micro-sectors that were far away from the ‘photon belt’ and the outflowing Breath of the Father. Thus came the eventual clash between them and the human lifestream of evolved worlds that cooled down and stabilized earlier than Terra.
It was during that expansion via military adventurism that humans, who were themselves embroiled in internecine conflicts, encountered the Draconians. With a threat by a new ‘kid on the block’ (Draconian), the warring humans were then compelled to rethink their own conflicts, as the possibility of an alliance against Draco could be more of a viable option if and only if to preserve the species against an evil and sinister force.
The warring of Maldekians, who were migrated Orions and allied lifestreams avoiding conflicts in Orion, were already in the heat of their wars when Draco arrived in Solaria (solar system). Mars, Maldek, and Terra became subjects of intrusion by Draco, by whatever strategies they achieved their invasions.
The Draconian expansionism reached as far as Pleiades (Perseus & friends as archetypes) and was threatening to intrude into Andromeda. The intrusion into Maldek may have been cause for the schisms there with the success of the creation of a Dark Force on the planet that threatened to destroy Maldek altogether (it did got destroyed by nukes). Maldek may been a model of Draco to penetrate deep into the universe via a trial foothold on Andromeda (that was repulsed).
That was the sum up of the narratives pieced up from the Clash of the Titans. By connecting the dots together in the Greek mythology narrative, we’re able to reconstruct the birthing of the reptilian lifestream from Draco up through its early militarist expansionism. That time preceded the Fall of Lucifer yet by the way, even as Lucifer sided later in the wars of the worlds.

STARSEEDS ON ‘CRITICAL MASS’ OF LEADERSHIPS

Starseeds and peoples from the Galactic Confederations’ planets (GC planets to shorten) comprise a mere minority on Earth. A rough census of our population shows that we are roughly 80% Orion, 17% Pleiades & Sirius B (15% Pleiades, 2% Sirius), and the rest of 3% distributed among other planetary migrants.
Among those seemingly fractional count of 3% are the Draconians (reptiles) and other saurians, insectoids, botanoids (plant humanoids), and whatever dense migrants there are from across the galaxies. Draco and lower Orion formed the binary power nexus of the Empire in antiquity, so altogether down here on Earth their influence stretches out to 80% of total population.
GC peoples’ influence stands at merely 10% level at this time, though this number is rapidly growing. Starseeds—the most recent arrivals (after Atlantis’ sinking)—comprise merely 1/8 or 12.5% of the population. This is bound to grow exponentially, as new starseeds are being born as babies in great numbers.
Starseeds and earlier arrivals of GCs are of a highly intelligent nature, with many starseeds retaining their 6th and 7th density awareness since their arrival here. While only a minority, the S & GCs (short for starseeds and Galactic Confederation peoples) who are now middle aged, are climbing fast the organizational ladders worldwide.
The organizational pyramids have always been in the hands of the Empire peoples, with Orions and Draconians on top. Name the organization—corporate, revolutionary, church, NGO, government, military—and one would end up witnessing Orions at the middle and top, with Draconians sharing power in some.
Today, the situation is changing. While merely a minority, the S & GCs are now moving up the pyramid in great numbers. My estimate is that from this year 2010 till 2012 the S & GCs will reach a ‘critical mass’ or 30% of the leadership compositions. At such a level, the S & GCs can challenge the policies and directions of organizations, from underground to aboveground.
Take the case of states. While the Empire people continue to enjoy their stronghold of state policy structures and bureaucracies, S & GCs have made enormous in-roads as well. Thus, the global direction of down-sliding to another world war with nuclear thermidore has been effectively reversed, making international cooperation a greater possibility than before.
Europe, for instance, which seems to be tittering towards a political maelstrom and brinkmanship, still faces the chance of stabilizing a bit. The economic crises it is undergoing may not abate in the short run, but Europe may no longer go the route of a totalitarian 4th Reich as originally planned by the Empire’s evil Adepts.
The same thing is true with the USA, which almost sank to the level of a fascist dictatorship under the neo-conservatives. The moderates were voted and installed to power, state policies were radically reversed (including foreign policy), and so the possibility of a fascist dictatorship had receded.
Expect the clash between the Empire and S&GC peoples to be extended to corporate boardrooms, if this has not been happening already. The ceaseless drive for rapacious profits will be challenged by ever greater advocacies for corporate social responsibility and redistribution, with the latter coming from S&GCs that are discovering their mutual presence and carving alliances with rapidity and dispatch.
As the S&GCs are acting out their missions in the micro-spheres with cooperation and subtle Oneness, the Empire’s leaders are engaging in mutual attrition and self-destruction. Some Empire leaders and factions are winning, while others are being pulled down, but in the end this will redound to loses for the Empire’s people here.
Take the case of the Sunni and Shi’ite Muslims, both of which are still under the leadership of Empire peoples. Look at how they destroy each other, their brinkmanship dragging the entire planet to a new global conflagration. Even without our intervention (spiritual Brotherhood), the evil forces are self-destructing with their mutual hatreds for one another.
Let’s all pray and hope for the success of the S&GCs who are now in the midst of their organizational conquests. May the Almighty Creator be with them in their sublime missions.

The organizational pyramids have always been in the hands of the Empire peoples, with Orions and Draconians on top. Name the organization—corporate, revolutionary, church, NGO, government, military—and one would end up witnessing Orions at the middle and top, with Draconians sharing power in some.
Today, the situation is changing. While merely a minority, the S & GCs are now moving up the pyramid in great numbers. My estimate is that from this year 2010 till 2012 the S & GCs will reach a ‘critical mass’ or 30% of the leadership compositions. At such a level, the S & GCs can challenge the policies and directions of organizations, from underground to aboveground.
Take the case of states. While the Empire people continue to enjoy their stronghold of state policy structures and bureaucracies, S & GCs have made enormous in-roads as well. Thus, the global direction of down-sliding to another world war with nuclear thermidore has been effectively reversed, making international cooperation a greater possibility than before.
Europe, for instance, which seems to be tittering towards a political maelstrom and brinkmanship, still faces the chance of stabilizing a bit. The economic crises it is undergoing may not abate in the short run, but Europe may no longer go the route of a totalitarian 4th Reich as originally planned by the Empire’s evil Adepts.
The same thing is true with the USA, which almost sank to the level of a fascist dictatorship under the neo-conservatives. The moderates were voted and installed to power, state policies were radically reversed (including foreign policy), and so the possibility of a fascist dictatorship had receded.
Expect the clash between the Empire and S&GC peoples to be extended to corporate boardrooms, if this has not been happening already. The ceaseless drive for rapacious profits will be challenged by ever greater advocacies for corporate social responsibility and redistribution, with the latter coming from S&GCs that are discovering their mutual presence and carving alliances with rapidity and dispatch.
As the S&GCs are acting out their missions in the micro-spheres with cooperation and subtle Oneness, the Empire’s leaders are engaging in mutual attrition and self-destruction. Some Empire leaders and factions are winning, while others are being pulled down, but in the end this will redound to loses for the Empire’s people here.
Take the case of the Sunni and Shi’ite Muslims, both of which are still under the leadership of Empire peoples. Look at how they destroy each other, their brinkmanship dragging the entire planet to a new global conflagration. Even without our intervention (spiritual Brotherhood), the evil forces are self-destructing with their mutual hatreds for one another.
Let’s all pray and hope for the success of the S&GCs who are now in the midst of their organizational conquests. May the Almighty Creator be with them in their sublime missions.

PLANETARY ARMY

A pleasant day to you all!
Having begun the topic of future governance in past articles, let me now add a note about the planetary army in support of, or as constitutive element of the future state.
I write about the topic, not as an extrapolation from some read materials like Urantia, but as a member of councils Above, such being my duty as an ascended rishi of the Brotherhood. (Honestly, I find the Urantia book flawed at its inception, and never finished reading it.)
The future state will be a single planetary state as the unifying, central authority for all New Earth humans. Constitutive parts would be cities and special zones (for indigenous peoples).
There will be no nation-states in the future, as was already elucidated in past writings. It will not be a ‘one-nation planet’ either, which is a misconstruing of political formations. It will be a planetary state, not an erroneous ‘one-nation planet’ whatsoever.
Past 2012, the governing councils and Hierarchs will begin busying themselves with preparations for another constitutive element of that state: the planetary army. I will refer to army as all armed forces (air, land, water, space) and not just the land force that we have been accustomed to learn.
Such an army will be built. No, it won’t be built as an agglomeration of the fragments of national armies of today that will survive the 2012 event. Such national armies will die natural deaths, and they will have no salvage value for building the future army.
An entirely new army it will be, with recruits coming from the young lads and girls of the present. From among the babies and tots of today will emerge the great warriors of the future, who will lead the armed contingents in their missions.
The army will be commanded directly by the World Leader and guardian deputies, and co-administered from Above by the Lord Gabriel. The caliber of the recruits and quality of training will be radically different, nay a departure from the present.
Incidentally, the army has a preliminary model to follow, that of the army of the underground or UG cities (led by an ascended master who is gatekeeper—he will become a guardian in the future). But even the UG army will be augmented and improved in capability, maneuverability, and firepower.
It is possible that the surviving contingents of the UG army will be integrated into the planetary army of the future. They will undergo retraining, trainors’ training, till finally they can help in training the bold and audacious young ones who will comprise the troops and knight commanders of the contingents.
Warriorship will be revived in the future, ditto for the warriors’ orders. They could be patterned, ethos-wise, from a synthesis of the ksattriya, samurai, maharlika (Malay auxillaries), and knights of the west. The result would be much like the Jedi knight portrayed in the science fiction series Star Wars, the most advanced being Masters (spiritual masters with missions as warriors).
The masters of the Galactic Command, Celestial Command (Lord Gabriel’s), Seraphic Forces, among others, will be involved in configuring and implementing the comprehensive program for the army. Such ascended masters as El Morya and Serapis Bey, many times great warriors in antiquity, will expectedly be involved in mentoring new knights and military leaders.
Simultaneous with their comprehensive training and build up will be the erection of bases across the planet and Above for their encampment. There will be permanent bases (land, underground, below waters) as well as mobile bases (space).
Before the Year 2030, they can be ready for initial operations. Vehicles and arms for their operations will come from space and Above (celestials) initially, as Earth is still unstable to install related facilities. Patrol of the planet will be their first task, then gradually co-patrol of the solar system.
The years 2030-2100 will see the stabilization of the planet from astro-geo-electromagnetic catastrophes, thus enabling basing, armaments, and vehicle manufacturing on the New Earth. A very large army will be produced by 2100, probably a 7-digit warm body force. It could go beyond that level, depending on needs arising.
Such a military force will be very much prepared by then for the resumption of the ‘wars of the heavens’ between the Light Forces (Galactic Confederation + Seraphic Forces + Celestial Forces) and Empire (Orion-Draco & allies + Dark masters). The Truce between Michael and Lucifer ends on 2012, so both forces will expect a resumption of hostilities and nothing less.
Note, however, that the army will not be intended for use on New Earth’s peoples. The citizens of Earth will have realized Oneness, conflicts will be petty interpersonal and micro-social. Cities won’t be allowed to have armies of their own, only some sort of gendarmes for police work (a boring work as nil to zero crimes will be the reality).
The army will be for external use—for the solar system and the galaxy, maybe for cross-galactic missions as well. In the solar system are ensconced some contingents from the Empire that need to be neutralized if not totally crushed to fragments.
Arcturus is in charge of patrolling Earth’s space right now. That task will be transferred to Earth’s army, thus liberating Arcturus and Galactic Command contingents that performed such task for thousands of years.
Will there be military academies in the future? Of course there will be, with special academies for knights of the highest caliber (like a Jedi school). There will also be active exchanges between Earth’s warrior academies and those of other planets’ in other stars.
At this point, I close this note, with the optimistic air of hope for the future Terra and solar system. The army will be among the milestone events indicating our return to the heights as a cosmic planet, as we finally join the Galactic Command and the cosmic governance of Lords Michael & Gabriel.
